It appears this is now useless. No combine button on book and the research spell kit does not allow you to combine practice runes. Don't waste your time with concord of research quest or making a bunch of practice runes like I did. Frustrating if your on the progressive server.

So which one is for the int classes and which for the wis classes?
these containers seem to be race spisific so there should be one for sell on the one of the merchantes around where your spells are sold in your home town

Found it in West Freeport from Dulia Jestes, (Enchanter Supplies tag,) at loc. pos 18.5, neg 806.5. Price was a between 10 and 11 pp.
