Until SOL came out any point of int after you reached 200int = to 1 mana point, so my friend why don't you level past 35.

which if your passed 200int 100m would be quite nice.. this robe is purely for rogue epic though.. ***** wearing it.. by the time your ready to do say a wiz epic and get ahold of this robe you should be id think wearing something quite a bit better..=P

This robe is very rare. My guild has recently done ~10 phin killings, gotten 2wizard staves, and two mage staves, and only one! robe :(. Being on a PvP server these are fairly nice robes for non-planer, non-vellious-qust casters. As to the people that said this would go to rogues, well my guild decided to give these to casters that would use them, and to MQ them to rogues for epic when they could.
consider the wizzies very luck for 2 staves in 10 kills hehe, someone in my guild on saryrn needed 37 phinny kills to get his staff from the epic, while another only needed 1 attempt; its all probability and its too bad it didnt work out for you these few times :( Hope you get your robes soon, 100mana is nothing to joke about :D
The only problem with giving the for casters to use, until needed in a rogue epic quest, is that you need to be lvel 50+ to multi, and the casters wanting this item is often below 50.
But if the caster that want this rope plan to make 50 fairly fast, then it is definatly a good idea to put it to use, rather than taking some poor rogues bank space :)

It's a Hideious Light Blue with little faces that look like they're gushing out every last bit of air in their bodies. Even if you go to a raid on either one of the ppl that drop it, let it go to the person that really needs it.

Not really... +100 mana is equivilent to 10int at 50... and for a level 1 wizzie.. well... he's be the godliest level 1 wizzie ever =o)

If you look on pure Mana and sta this would give me a lvl 52 necro around 20 more hp and 100 mana
Since i got 211 int and a froglok bonecaster robe with 8 int and 40 mana lets do the math
8 int over 200 = 8 mana + 40 mana = 48 mana
this robe = 100 mana
do the math!

I doubt this is ultra rare, espically is someone said, that the fish dropped three of them a one time...I think this needs to be changed to uncommon maybe...my two copper.

Incorrect. First of all, being that Phinny is on a 12-14 hour spawn and him dropping 3 at once was a fluke, this is incorrect. Also factor in that it's nodrop, and Phinny is often harvested for the other Epic Pieces, and my Personal experience of 6 Phinnys and no hide nor hair of the robe, that definately makes it a rare. Aside from that, most people who get one turn it in for the Rogue Epic, so those go immediately out of play forever.

Even a 50th level would need +10 int to match the mana on this robe. And most 50th level casters have maxed their INT anyway, so your comment about a +5 int robe is exceedingly ignorant at best.

Besides the fact that anyone who takes on good ol' Phin already has their int maxed anyway.... A 5 int robe at 40 (The bare minimum for a Phin raid, and everyone else in your group better be 50) is 40, 50 is 50, and 60 would be sixty.
Moreover, this item doesn't count against your int max... So it's effectively like raising your int cap to 210.
AWESOME item. If this were tradable it would easily be worth twice the value of an SMR, and maybe even more than a bonecaster robe just the mana alone, and the added HP off of the stamina isn't bad either.
Whenever I see a caster in this robe I'm always impressed. Besides the fact that it's absolutely gorgeous, you know it's not some twink wizard in an SMR or an enchanter in a blackened crystalline. That person fought their way to the bottom of one of the most dangerous and deserted dungeons in the game, and took down Phin. For that, nothin' but respect.
