I have this item, only person on Tallon Zek that does thus far. It is a nice item, wizard draught line of spells now cast in 2.5 seconds =) Yes, you will get harrased like a **** when equiped... cause it looks like a nappy-headed doll with a stick up it's rear, and it has REALLY BAD TEETH. It Drops off Taskmaster Luga, the NPC you fight before you get to Overlord Ngrub in the Torgiran Mines.

The Overlord does, and boy will you get harassed if you equip it. Even a couple weeks later, my guildmates are still making dolly jokes. Not to mention I can't pass thru PoK or Bazaar without someone asking me what it is.
