I believe that just means it can stack.
I popped this off of necromancer mercinaries in Wakeninglands im not sure if this is the the Necromancer Blood listed here or the Necromancer Blood ( ID: 60012 ) - Guess it doenst matter I have no use for the weapons quested from it here, and the other type is unknown.

Keesha Levlora in Paineel city droped this today.
Not sure what the blood is for, but the necro's in Najena drop two types of blood. Both are called Necromencer Blood, but one is green and no drop, the other is magic item. The necros also drop Necromancer Meat, which is NO DROP.

Was in Najena the other night trying to get the mage focus drops and killed a couple of Necros in the mean time. The necromancer blood is now no drop.

Necromancer blood is not no-drop. Just got three vials inside Befallen.

I got 2 of these in Najena while helping a Mage do his epic. Mine are green and are no drop. so, have no clue.

My best guess that they are there only for money. They may have been for a quest that SOE or Verant forgot about while or before making it. When I sold my necromancer bloods, I got somewhere between 1 or 4 gold each. If you stack up a container with them you could grab a nice amount, or you could give them away to help out some lower-levels that need cash.

this drops in NAJENA a lot off mages but no use for it cept to delete if you get it so far any way as far as I know.Except to torment yer necro friends. :-)

I got one off of Zahal the Vile of all things in North Karana. I've killed that sucker several hundred times, but it's the first one I've ever seen.

Anyone know what necro blood is good for? I have 7 vials so far, strange thing is, I have 6 green ones, and 1 red one. Red one is simply a magic item, while the green ones are NO DROP. Any ideas?

It also drops off of necromancers in Najena. I got one off of Meldrath once in steamfont too.

They drop them very rarely then, must have killed over 50 the last few days, but none of them dropped necro blood. ;)
