Getting the Cloudy Stone of Veeshan is extremely easy at Brell's Rest. As soon as you enter the zone, to your right is a merchant named Marie Fay. Next to her is the Gem Trader for Rk. II Trade-in gems, Holdegar Bairdun. It's an 85th level zone, but I have not yet met any mobs at that location and have gone in there with my 53rd level Ranger. Oh, by the way, Marie sells the stone. Sorry for the tangent. If you want to know how to enter Brell's rest, jump into the hole. The entrance to Brell's has dead bodies all around it. Walk into the hole in the wall.

If you're on a TLP server, get the cloudy stone of Veeshan from Sornita Eltern in Erudin..
To get to Plane of Sky give Relm M'Loch a cloudy potion of Veeshan. (Located by the PoK book in Plane of Tranquility)

If you need one in a pinch, just pop your vet AA merchant. Everyone gets it now, and it sells both Sky and Hate stones.
NOT AVAILABLE in POK -- at least not from any of the wizard spell vendors I checked including Channeler Keatrem.
I noticed many of the other spell reagents were not infinite either, marked as --, so it may be there sometimes if someone sold it there. But it's not reliable.
Like others, I got it in Brell's Rest but that's not so easy to get to.

Channeler Keatrem seemed to be out.
Just paid 73 pp for this in PoK. Must have been changed in the patch that lowered GH stones.
I'm fairly sure whoever did this bought a stone someone else sold to the vendor.
Sold in Guild hall by Zeflmin Werlikanin for about 105pp at 328 CHA. Can be bought in Stacks of 100.

I know there is now a way to get to POS w/o a port from a wizzy,,,the person is in PoT and will port you there if you have the stone on you...i'm looking for info on who this is and will post it when i find out NPC's name 8)

Well I guess the person was never found cause I don't see a follow up post. I will look into this matter myself. If I discover anything I will return with info. I do know that Relm M'Loch in PoT will port you to PoHate if you have the reagent need for the wizzy spell to get you there so I'm thinking there should be a NPC to do the same for PoS.

Merchant in PoK library downstairs on the left, Channeler Keatrem sells these for 104p 9g 9s 9c.
Sold by Sornita Eltern (Wizard Spells) in Erudin Library, loc n1103, n229, p81 (3rd floor). You can use Find command to find her.

The Vendor's name in poknowledge is Channeler Keatrem. He is in the lower area of the Library with all the other Wizards.

This component to let a wizard (and party) port to Plane of Sky has only been in the game since planes were invented. It was always on sale in the Erudin Library before PoP, now they just added a vendor in PoK.
edit: oops, said PoA in title, PoS in text. Whatever, its the only tier 1 plane that needs a component besides Plane of Hate.
