At the time of this writing, roughly 18 cumulative hours in the camp. At around 3 spawns per hour, that means I've seen about 54 spawns on this throne room, and have only seen Retseth once. By my math and judging by my experience alone, that puts him at ABOUT a 2% spawn chance. I am continuing to camp him, but at the rate it's going, it will probably go even lower than that as time goes on. He's probably about a 1% spawn chance, if that. Stupid rare.

Very rare spawn. PH respawns every 29 minutes or so in the locked throne room. Even with the 76% increased rare spawn bonus this holiday weekend it took six hours to see him once. A group of 50s in classic can hold this camp with good CC.
Also drops Mudman enforcer, unfortunately.

PH is the rock golem standing on the throne in the locked throne room in the golem tower. On Brewall's maps, the spawn point is labeled "KotT (Pal 1.0)." It's in the central room of the golem tower on the ground floor, which is directly south of the "11" marker on the classic map of the hole saved on the p1999 wiki: https://wiki.project1999.com/The_Hole

Still in hole 1.0 on Aradune, heard others say they have seen him but im about 8 hours into the camp and nothing but PHs. Seems to be a very rare spawn.

i camp that camp all the time its a challenging camp with all the golems so the screen shot above is us killing him

Yep, killed on Mangler 4/4/20. Spawns on the throne in the locked room of the Rock Golem castle. No key (until revamp) afaik, but you can shoot through the doors and the golems will summon you inside.
Been looking for this one.

If anyone on the current on future rounds of TLP servers get ambitious enough to attempt to spawn him I believe he is from the big castle-like area where Ghost of Kindle can typically be found and exactly where the Keeper of the Tombs for the paladin epic is marked on some modern maps. An updated screenshot and confirmation that this NPC does indeed spawn in Hole 1.0 would be pretty neato.

I understand this post is a few years late, but I figure confirmation is still good. Just got this mob to spawn in the throne room in Hole 1.0. Took about 12 cumulative hours at this camp before he even spawned once, and unfortunately only dropped a mudman enforcer. I'm here for the Stonemelder's Band, but alas. He indeed did spawn directly on the throne.
My suspicion is that the more modern maps have the post revamp information, such as the Keeper of the Tombs and stuff in this location. I can't speak for a spawn location for Retseth Tretse in the revamped version of the Hole, but at least for an early TLP, he definitely spawns on the throne, just quite rare.
