where can this be drop and off what

well that site says it drops off the avatar of earth in Plane of earth B, but im pretty sure he dosent. he drops another Essence of Earth which does Not have the clicky illusion. the clicky on this is required level 30, which seems a bit odd.
maybe this is a GM/Guide item?
