I solo him as well as all the other lvl 54 and under dragons. Pretty easy for any shaman who has torpor, only problem is avoiding adds. Clicky items are key as well, having him debuff torpor is not fun.
as a 59 sham you shouldnt have any problem what so ever slowing these guys...with or with out tash, being however, that im a lvl 55 sham i do so i have worked a plan up that worked very well letting our 10person "raid" work over the 4 "low" lvl dragons in this zone.
i would wait till the MA got a far share of hits in then cast plague of insects on the dragon to get him 25% slowed. after he was down 1 bub of health i would hit him with a plague dot, then follow that with turgors, no risists well maybe one or two but beat trying to get turgors to land right off, try that and 1 you waste mana, 2 you get dead cause you WILL be summoned, over and over and over...
and one little more piece of advice for you aspiring dragon hunters, when you buff up for battle its very important to load 4 crap buffs first and if you can have an instant click for the first one. each one of the dragons that are found on the nests have that nice little debuffing aoe. if you have an instant cast item doesnt matter if its EB or right click ultravison and your a dark elf. keep clicking it everytime he tosses that spell around will keep your buffs up and ready, course you all prolly knew that all ready cause everyone is so uber
59 Shaman. Slowing the mobs in WW isnt that hard have the Chanter Tash hit your epic then slow the mob NP. Out of all the mobs in WW only one mob i couldnt slow.
