Scars of VeliousAnyone know why this cloak prices for almost double the heavy, matchless or peerless ones??
Perhaps its just a typo, one too many zeros or something. Further, does anyone have an idea for the accurate PC on this item? Please post if so.

This is chain armor for those of you that have not figured it out.
Pally cloak, hmm, fits a pally, like it fits a druid, and a Cleric, and Rangers...My 45 Ranger has a Direwolf Fur Cloak right now, and I will be damned if I can really find any better right now. In Velks there is the spiderfur cloak, but have you ever tried to find a group there...It is a joke...no one trusts anyone in that place, and I tested out some of the mobs hp, I rooted and dotted until I was oom and he was still at 80 health, I tanked the spider till I was at 20 and he was still at 50...anyway, this is a GREAT cloak for anyone wisdom based, but not that the str hurts either. I am not too familar with SK items, but I am SURE that an SK would not mind this item, nor would a warrior. Of course there are better things, even that drop in WW, not to mention Lodizal's shield and the CoF that people can have at this level. Anyway, this was a long post to say that anyone that does not have better can use this, and not alot of people will have better at this point...Heh, but who knows, I am only 45 :)

Okay is it just me or are some people thinking they are going to get this item off of one of the following classes?? I don't personally see anyone who needs the wisdom boost selling this sucker for any amount of pp.. It's hard enough finding a decent cloak for us poor tanking classes this one looks great but I have a feeling that my poor little lvl 36 behind isn't gonna be seeing one on my person for a long long time. This does look like one high pp item. Unless you have high lvl freinds who really really like you.

The summary on the page for the zone loot omits Rangers from the usable classes...and this has ranger written all over it!

I'm desperately trying to figure out why this cloak shouldnt be usable by druids.

Worked being the key word in its description. This would mean it prob has some metal understructure.

The only plate that Shamans, Rogues or Rangers can wear is Planes gear to my knowledge. Other than Totemic for Shamans. I guess I'm trying to say that those 3 classes are not truly plate wearers. So the question does stand. Why Druids cannot wear this item.
Because VI decided that it would not be for druids. Simple as that.

All I have to say is that I will be content with this cloak for a LONG time. This cloak is perfect for pre-plane (and even some post) shaman who need that wisdom boost to replace other items. For me, It will finally let me wear that Totemic Breastplate taking up space in the bank.
