AT lvl 23 i was walking through the woods in the middle of the night on my way to highold to go to east karana and i got hit with a life tap by 1 of these for 300dd lifetap i almost died i had a couple hp's left and it's pet was blue but he was red i rooted the pet and tryed to run but he kept trying to hit me and i used my short distance teleport and escaped and some higher lvl people saved me.It was crazy!

I was going through there with a friend on the seventh hammer sever. i conned on of these i am lvl 21 and it conned green to me and this was at 11pm in game time

Only way it looked at you indifferently is if you were invis at the time.

if someone conned something in kith at night and got indif, they probably accidentally targeted the pet which of course is indif.

I have a lvl 25 barbarian warrior. I was passing through kithcor as usual. I go along the edge of the zone to get from WC to Highpass and back. One time I was passing saw a skeleton. I stoped. Coned it and it was red but it looked at me indifferently. I dont think these things are KOS. I also came a cross a Decaying Officer that looked at me indifferently. Then I got jumped by a dark elf name Tier'Dal Reaver.

I am Graingor to some,Ulimine to others.I am a
master swordsman/rogue level 13. I ventured into
the Kithicor Forest.Night fell upon me without
warning.I heard footsteps all around me! I kept
my witts about me and used my hide skill.Some
folks say I favor Rambo,who ever he is? Anyway,
as I was hidden the fotsteps grew ever closer
when....out of the woods came two skeletons! I
said my goodbyes when they conned red.But there
is something to be said about skill over magic.
Undead cense magic.Undead can not cense skill,
hehe. Those ******* walked right by me. Then I
sneaked over to Misty Thikit where I found refuge.

I had just entered the zone from Riverdale having just created a Druid when someone trained a Decaying Trooper onto me (accidental I'm sure) It hit me once for 89 dmg and killed me. Any relation to these things?
Wasn't able to get a screen shot, all I heard were the footsteps and the sound of my head hitting the dirt :)
