2432 AC 20605 HP buffed 66 SK killed him with just cler merc and pet along. Like some others mentioned, his dps is much higher earlier in the fight before he starts healing. HT early on with some taps and dots and he went into chain healing mode for the last half of the fight. My HP dropped to 30% a few times early on, but later barely saw a dent.
Location is a bit NE of where you zone into PoV, there is a camp of green tents, hes in the far NE tent, which is rather large. The humans did not aggro when I pulled the frog out to get me some frog legs.
Easy kill if u know how to kill him. I suggest that you use harmtouch in very begining to get him down to where he will start having to heal. After that easy. Merc made me nervous when didnt heal me till 4%. Had to FD a few times but very nice fight
71 SK bazaar bought 2300 ac 13k hp duo'd 'em with a healer merc. Had to do 2 pulls b/c he came with another soldier first time. Great fight! Healer ended with 40% mana and I ended wih 40% mana. Life never really an issue until he rampaged. Little harry at times but after at 50% he gave up and started healing...not eve close after that! GL
This guy's max hit belays his utter weakness. I brought my cleric along expecting at least some attention needed, but I didn't have to cast a single heal, ToTC kept up with a tap or two. I didn't even use HT, this mob has the atk of a moss snake.
Dont make the mistake of fighting Fraga in the tents. The humans will agro (oops). However if you pull fraga they will not. Not sure the reasoning behind this... maybe they the guards don't like blood on the ground in their tents. Easy fight for 1 group once pulled. Slowable. group of 4 level 75s took him down in about minute.
I did him today with a cleric and a chanter in attendance (mob was tashed/slowed upon incoming). I got one add (a white armor, the humans didnt seem to care) when I pulled him, which the chanter got rid off, otherwise no problems at all. His max hit on me was 1788 (SK 76, timegeared with AC 2600/14k hp buffed, 310 AAs, half of them defensive), and his rampage on the healer can be nasty, if left unattended. His usual hits were more like 300-500, with an occasional hit of 1200. He has no special attacks, no AE, and if he summons, he did not do so on this occasion. Our DPS was my and the chanters pet and myself (total of 400-450 dps probably), he went down in about 3 minutes. He starts healing as advertised around 45% and he does not run (I tried darkness to test it, and I got the message that his runspeed cant be changed).
OK before i go into details on this, i STARTED with a 75 SK , 75 cleric, 71 Bard.
Sk is anguish geared with spear of vexation (weapon i used at the time) cleric is citizen gear (katta mid lvl plate) Bard is 1/2 gorukar gear 1/2 TSS gear
I started this fight by sitting my cleric and bard at the white building and just casting rootrot spear and running with my sk. (as others have said, nothing agroes).
During the fight i didnt experience any AE. What i did experience was Ramping for up to 2k on cleric. I totally disregarded this by accident and my bard died within 30 seconds. so i battled it out with cleric a few heals, but then got ramped 4 times between 1500-2k on cleric within 10 seconds (casting a cheal)... mob was down to about 60%hp.
I decided to battle it out... what the hell i can always feign if i get close to dieing right?
I dont know why, but I managed to kill fraga, barely taking any dmg at all (dont think i went under 80%, i just kept tapping at about 90%).
Sk is 12.5khp 3100 ac unbuffed, 270 aa's most in hp and mitigation.
Max hit during fight - 2100 Most hits - Between 200 and 400 spikes to 500 rarely and only 3 hits between 800-2100dmg ALOT of misses.
Hope this helps guys, i didnt really know what to expect these days.
Soloable by an sk on Drinal. But she focuses on ac, which made it really easy. Fraga hits hard at first, but once below 60%, he starts trying to cast for the rest of the fight, with a few hits here and there that usually miss.
Out of boredom, I just squished him. Max hit was 2.4k, most hits were in the 1-2k range, but he missed a LOT. Not too much hp, didn't parse the fight, so don't know for sure...
As far as I can tell you can take out Fraga whenever you'd like, so say if some lamo guild decides that plane of growth is the best thing they can raid and clear the zone and you're waiting forever for the last part of your sheath you can go to plane of valor and kill the froggy, then go back to cursing some punks for clearing your plane. Took him down with only my half of the army, sk druid and cleric wasn't too hard.
He spawns in the larger Tent next to a small bed. We just took him out with a 70 Cleric, 70 Sk, 70 Ber. He seemed to be a real push over. Sk taged him and pulled him to zone in. I being the cleric was on rampage and took the hardest hit of 2840. Most of the time he missed the Sk and hit for about 1k.
he is in the human tents. Spawn time is about 2 hours? He has always been up.
One neat thing, is that nothing assists him. Can get a shammy to pull with slow and run , and you peel off.

Ok, Just did this mob with a 70 enchanter and 70 Wizard, and me, a 70 SK. Had the chanter mez A Razorfiend and haste it. Pulled Fraga (single as always) and sent pet on it. Slowed Fraga, pet died at about 50%, after that Fraga started to chain heal, so didnt have to tank it half the fight, Wiz did a great job DPS'ing it out, along with a nice DT downing him. Easy fight!
