A little late for you but shoud help the future raids.
The last name is what you need to look for. Names ending in Malignant and Devourer can be slowed but not mezzed. Names ending in Tormentor and Slayer can be mezzed but not slowed.
With careful planning 4 chanties or bards can pre-target the 4 mezzable mob and tanks can pre-target the 4 slowable mobs. On countdown all 8 snakes are pulled at once while the main part of the group deals with the Blood (both real and fake)
The slowable ones have fairly low resists to disease based slow so beastlord or shammy can be used on the slow group. Never deal with the mezzed group so not sure.

emperor and his court are up on server start, golem is not. zone is running 00:06:18:15 and nothing changed yet. so far my vote goes to 24h after server start. lets see...
OK we have figed out what and where. Now how hard is this guy? How many groups did you have, and what lvl's? Dose this mob cast/heal? Dose it have a pet? Im not trying to be an a$$. Just want to get some info on this mob for a guild raid.
1 group with 4 pallies / rangers (63+) and 2 healers offtanking the 4 unmezzable mobs. 1 group with 4 chanters and to keep the 4 mezzable mobs mezzed, and 1 Shammy to slow offtanked mobs.
+ probably 3 groups doing Blood.
Maybe only +2 groups if you are all 65 and well geared. Maybe +4 groups if you are all only 60.
and you need Shissar Rings for everybody to get there.
Depending on levels you can have one knight offtank 2 or even 4 unmezzable ones. Two is not a problem at all, if you have one tank all 4 you need a dedicated high level healer, basically want to chain cast heals over time, as the offtank will be balanced and non duration heals will be reduced to 25% effectivness.
You definitely do not need one enchanter for each mezzable mob. I would recommend at least 2 chanters to make initial mezzing fast. One shaman can maintain slow on all 8 mobs.
Let's say 2 knights, 2 enchanters, 2 shaman, 2 druids, 3 clerics, a necro, at least one SoS rogue, now add whatever DPS you like and you are there.
In general you do want to bring a force to take the emperor out as well, need a few more for that, especially caster DPS.
Having faced blood for the first time tonight he is a gimp. Fight lasted about 5 mins.
Would of killed Emp or had a good go but server went bye bye.
Has as been stated long, long time before my post there are 8 mobs that need taken care of during the fight.
4 must be off tanked and are slowable.
4 others must be permi mezzed!

The Mezzable Mobs are NOT slowable!
Have to love other classes telling you how another class has to do things. And on my server also! Shame on you Mr cleric but joo know nothing.
The 4 perma mezzing can be done with a combination of Bards (not sure of level) and Encs. Enc must be 59+.
Yeah 2 Enc's could do the job if he they have one of 2 things.
1) Ancient Rapture. Drops in VT and off Vulak I beleive. 2) Lots of mana. Rapture and Antient Rapture are unresistable. Therefore you always know the mez will stick. The other mezzes Encs now get on this origional lvl 60 encounter are resistable and cost a quite a lot of mana. Mezzing 2 mobs with both rapture spells would be quite easy. Mezzing with Rature + Bliss would be tricky for me but I not Mr uber Enchanter.

Rapture and the Eternal version are resistable, they check at -1000 mr, but they still do check. It's rare that I get resisted, but I do get resisted by some "unmezable" mobs that are mezable with rapture, such as revers in CoM. My stratagy with mobs that are only quazi-unmezable is to use rapture, tash them, then use a longer-lasting more mana-efficient mez. Then I use rapture if that mez fails and the mob is beating on my runes. Usualy my mezes land, I think it's due to the 305 cha, but that discussion draws a lot of contraversy. I just know my mezes land, and the mezes of chanters who say ********** cha" don't. If my mez combo failes, and I die, I simply say "/gu Damn it, *insert gnome's name here*, you broke my mez." And the gnome says "/gu No I didn't." And then about 5 people in the guild say "/gu Yes you did *gnome's name*, I saw you break the mez." The gnome cries, and a good time is had by all. Except the gnomes, but who cares about them, really?

Blood is found in the same room as the Emperor, on the 3rd floor. You need to complete a key quest to gain entry into this room. When Blood dies, the Emperor spawns a short while afterward.
Emperor don't spawn right after you've killed Blood but killing Blood is necessary to make the Emperor targetable.
If you enter the throne room and Emperor is not up, don't imagine killing Blood will make it spawn or you will be deceived. The thing is that if Emperor is up and if you came for him, then you MUST kill Blood because emperor won't be targetable until Blood is alive.
