It's now being sold on the spell vendor in the PoK library. Bought it today just to have a complete spell book.
What the heck it the deal with this spell anyway? I mean here is a spell that my lvl 55 BST cant get untill its no longer needed because at lvl 56 I get a new one that I soloed od a Named Owl Bear in GF at lvl 48. I just dont get the reason for a spell that only lasts a couple of levels being so hard to get? I will just keep casting Spirit of the Storm on my warder for the remainder of 55 and forget the spirit of Snow it is absolutly not worht it.
actually, there's a good reason to have this spell--it's a coldbased proc, whereas Flame and Storm are fire based proc. ergo, when fighting mobs with high fire resist but low cold resist, this comes in *very* handy.
also, Snow has a 2.0 stun, and 132 pt damage proc vs the 1.5 stun and 122 pt proc of Storm.

I found this in the Bazaar off someone in trader mode today for 50pp on the Quellious server. Most times I see this for 6k to 12k so it was a great find considering what most people try to get for it. Best of luck to everyone else still looking for this spell.
Been looking for this spell for ages in Bazzar on Cazic Thule , normaly 4 to 8kpp , then woot 2 days ago someone selling it for 25pp :), must be near to christmas.

I offered someone a trade the other day because they were trying to get rid of an item I wanted (I don't recall what it was, but I recall that they offered it for 6k) and I mentioned several items that I had.
Well, the rest of this should be a warning to everyone that there are people who will actively lie cheat and steal to get you to give them insane deals. I was offering this spell for 5k at the time. On my server, this is neither a good nor bad price, but kind of middle-of-the-road.
He came back and said that he'd take a stack of Blue Diamonds (another item I'd offered) plus this spell in trade for the item he'd just asked 6kpp for.
I pointed out this difference, and he started calling me greedy, and said that this spell was junk and sold from NPC merchants in PoK for practically nothing, and that he could buy BDs from NPC merchants for 200pp.
He never replied when I told him that BDs *sell* to NPC merchants for 238.095, so I don't think he could buy them for less than that...
But, just to be sure, I went and checked on his claim that this spell sells in PoK. None of the Animist vendors have it up for sale, and being BST only, it should not be on any other vendor.
Be careful about believing others when they tell you that your prices are wrong. Look at what others are selling for, check with your guild and/or friends and also verify anything that they tell you for yourself!

This spell dropped for my guild from the Evolved Burrower in Acrylia Caverns on July 23, 2003. Just an FYI. :)

Looted this one off Rhag`Mozdezh in Ssraeshza Temple, a.k.a. Rhag 2 - the middle guy in the Arch Lich cycle. Uncommon or rare drop though.

I got a friend who plays Everquest and is a lvl 56 Animist, he says that this spell is dropped and not sold by vendors....
Dropped - Off a mob, named wurm or mind burrower or something.... and is lvlled around 60..
