There are little teleporters (round circles you walk into), that take you to other parts of the zone, where the aggro mobs are. Coming back through those teleporters will wipe the hate list, handy if things get ugly and preferable to dying hehe.
I think this is only true for Skylance #1: the Library. While doing #2, I tried to shake aggro and warp through the portal only to have the mob follow me and kill the poor ranger looting her corpse in the "safe" area.
Also, we've had tanks get summoned back inside when trying to run for the zone.
