This spell requires Snake Scales to function. Does anyone know where to get those on Luclin?

Snake Scales sold in Swamp of No Hope....Vendor at the Cabalis Outpost Ruins:

On Luclin, you can get them off a vendor in the Shaman guild... there's a room which leads to the BST trainer one way and to the SHM trainer the opposite way, the vendor is near the SHM one.
First merchant when you zone into East Commonland, from Freeport, has as many as you want.
Generally you can buy Snake Scales in Caster Guilds (i.e. Sham, Bst, Mage, etc.) But you can also get em from the guy in the bazaar that sells spell components. Across from the merchant selling the Trader's Satchels. I think they are also available from one of the merchants in the bottom of the building containing the Sham, Druid, Bst, Rng guilds...y'know, the one with the tree inside.
