Sharik's Replenshing and SPirit of Sharik can also be found in Cabilis. Enter the tall building in front of the water, go through the red wall, then you need to go to the floor up and the Iskar there sells both these spells. Just make sure your race is not KoS.

This spell can also be bought from Shenigan McMacky in the Halas Beastlord Guild area. He's in one of the huts next to the Sled Dog pen.
