Ok, it is called Translocate Group, but the effect states:
1: Translocate target to their bind point
Does it effect just one or someone else's entire group (if they are in range)?

This teleports the Wizard's entire group (minus the Wizard) to their bind points. The Wizard will be left behind. (You'll get a message saying "You can only translocate others!") As far as I know, this only works for the group that the Wizard is in. I do not know if there is a confirmation box for the group members or not.

Also from testing...you CANNOT /TGB this... it only works on the wizard's group.
Those receiving a translocate get a "do you wish to translocate" message they must acknowledge.

From doing some research online I read the following....
You should be able to target yourself and cast this Spell. This will expand the range of this Group spell to encompass all of your raid.
