Marlek is a shaman. He popped for us quite near the entrance to the Upper Kobold camp. He dropped the Shimmering Terror Hide Cloak for our group. Incidentally, we took him down with a 53 warrior, 53 rogue, 53 cleric and 53 shaman.

Actually, Marlek is a paladin. He LoHs and casts the paladin fire nuke (Flame of Light?)

that cloak actually isn't that bad for a mid level monk...once you get to 45+ or something you SHOULD have better but, some don't

What do you call something better? On firiona vie, cloak of flames / cocw arnt sold.. im 57 and im wearing a spider fur cloak .. its the highest end back item i can find /shrug.

Not sure if you noticed, but the guy was a monk, therefore, only the tattered cloak would work for him. The others are too heavy but would work well for other classes.
