Prerequisite Quests: Soldier of Air, Fight Fire, and any one Trail of Smoke, Prisoner's Dilemma, Palace of Embers, Brass Palace, Key to the Kingdom, Contract of War, All Hail the King, Royal Visits, Tyrant of Fire, Enter Mearatas, Serving Another Master, Earthen Dirge, Mold Seeker, and Relic Raider.
You say, 'Hail, Unrepentant Sunrise' Unrepentant Sunrise rolls his eyes as approach. 'Yes, yes, hail indeed. I know you seek to speak with Lord Fennin, but I really do not think he wishes to speak with you anymore, not about any sort of [delivery] nor any kind of [remodeling]. I, of course, cannot know my lord's mind, and have been told to allow you in if you have anything important to say. You, of course, will tell me that you do, indeed, have [something important] to tell Lord Fennin. If, as I suspect, you simply wish to continue to kill and maim the servants of fire, who am I to care? As long as I am not one of those servants, I am happy to let you pass. After all, destruction is what we are all about here.' You say, 'delivery' Unrepentant Sunrise says, 'Of course you are. As I said, I do not care. Just tell me when you are [ready] and I can send you into the presence of the Lord of Flames.' (You will be given a Duende Female Mold if you do not have one and are eligible for the task. - There is a thought that having an old Deunda Female Mold either from a prior attempt or the prior quest can bug this task so that Fennin does not spawn.) 1a. You will have to fight your way to the throne room to speak with Fennin Ro. 0/3 Doomfire, the Burning Lands Task Window: Speak with Unrepentant Sunrise, the efreeti that managed to arrange your first meeting with the Tyrant of Fire. Maybe he can provide the same again. Task Window: You have found the mold form of the female duende. Find Fennin Ro in the Plane of Fire and deliver it to him. It looks like you will have to fight your way to the throne room. Apparently no one gets to just want into the Plane of Fire. Defeat any guardians between you and the throneroom. The jopals at zone in see through invis, in the starting hallway, Various mobs (mainly horses see invis in the field and many mobs inside the castle see invis, clear as needed to Guardian of Doomfire.. 1b. You will have to fight your way to the throne room to speak with Fennin Ro. 1/3 Doomfire, the Burning Lands Kill Guardian of Doomfire. He spawns adds, "an imp". 1c. You will have to fight your way to the throne room to speak with Fennin Ro. 2/3 Doomfire, the Burning Lands Kill the 2 "a throne guardian" (Giant flaming snails, mezzable, do not see invis) at the entrance to the throne room. 2. Deliver the duende mold to Fennin Ro. 0/1 Doomfire, the Burning Lands Give the mold to Fennin Ro. Fennin Ro shouts, 'Be silent! Your task is incomplete. It is not possible to recreate your kind with that foolish mold. The magic required to do so is no longer readily available. Prismatic magic was stronger in the days when the mortal races were being made by the gods of influence, less so when the jann were created. But now it has faded from most planes. I have information that it, or portions of it, exist on the Plane of Magic.' Blazing Sorrow`s Darkness shouts, 'What must we do? How does one steal a type of magic? Are we to somehow bring that magic back?' Blazing Sorrow`s Darkness shouts, 'If this is what is required, then it shall be done. Step 1 has 0/3. The write up was confusing on the 3 pieces here so adding this.
1 = Guardian
2 & 3 = Snails
Kill those three and will get Fenin. Skip what you can with invis. No need to spend forever clearing out the zone if you just want the task win.

did this a few times for achev. killed 15 of them (imps) and still never got it

If wipe on Guardian of Doomfire, be aware that any imps that spawned first time will still be around. And they are aggro linked with Guardian, so forget about splitting and killing.

I got this task while already having the Duende Female Mold on me so I didnt get another when I got it. This caused the task to get bugged. After killing the 2 Snails Fennin Ro never spawned. The second snail I killed showed up on tracking as a throne Guardian's corpse. Could not target it though I could see it laying there. I believe this caused the bug. Killed trash in zone for another 2 hours no luck getting Ro to pop. Submitted petition and was told to do task over as they could not spawn Ro for me. The response was super fast from DBG. Just an FYI. Good Luck yall

After my first runthru of this task, step one now autoupdates. I can still see it in the task window but it is completed already. I still have to kill Guardian of Doomfire and the snails to spawn FR tho.
not sure if this is WAI or a temp fix till patch for FR having a habit of bugging and not spawning some times.

The verbage on this runthru was different. Im not sure if this was because we had done the task before or what but after turning in the mold we got:
