Veldern Blackhammer in the quest room behind King Tormax's throneroom offers a series of quests for shadowknights to obtain a set of Malevolent Armor.
You must be at least ALLY with Kromzek in order to complete these quests. You say, 'Hail, Veldern Blackhammer' Veldern Blackhammer looks around. Veldern Blackhammer says, 'Who dares address me? Oh, it is a human. Only a shadowknight may address me and proceed further. Are you a shadowknight? Speak, oaf! Otherwise take your prattle elsewhere.' You say, 'I am a shadowknight' Veldern Blackhammer says, 'What is it you want little one? Some armor perhaps? To make a pretty meal? I hate when bits of armor get stuck in my gullet. It is very annoying.' You say, 'I want some armor' Veldern Blackhammer laughs deeply at you. Veldern Blackhammer says, 'You are so transparent, (playername). Well, if armor is what you wish, then only the best shall you have for I will not waste my time on nothing less. This is what I will make for you, granted that you can acquire the components for me, a helm, breastplate, armplates, bracers, gauntlets, leggings, and boots.' Ancient Tarnished Armor molds drop from zone trash throughout Temple of Veeshan with the exception of Halls of Testing(the east wing). Gems can be found on a variety of different creatures throughout velious with some, such as diamonds, coming from higher level creatures.
