Since the Gooey Adhesive and Coercion Implants are Lore does that mean I have to go to Dalnir twice to make two bracers?
And do you have to turn in 1 banded bracer each time, or could you do the set?

for all of you ppl who cant afford this stuff just go to karnor's castle and wait at zone or left/right corners and wait a day and you'll prolly get almost full jarsath bracers are very very common and 4 wis 4 char 8 ac gloves are 20 hps 20 mana ac 10 legs are 5 wis 5 int helm is 10 ac 2 wis 5 sv magic bp is 20 some ac 5 dex (bs is better for wis) but this is ALL no drop and most likely rotts. legs bp arms and boots are a bit rare but other pieces are hella easy to get

This quest is so easy. It appears hard but here is the truth of the matter. The goey adhesive (not so rare but not too common) drops from either the Smoldering Goo or the Gyrating goo throughout the 3 levels. The coercion implants drop from any of the coerced folks like gnome, dwarf, Teirdal, iksar, erudite. Same no so rarity, about 1 in 5 or 1 in 10. But the situation is this: If there is a group fighting in Dalnir, then VERY OFTEN that group is fighting in the entry way room just inside the zone from WW. Plus not too many Iskar shamans fight there so any coercion implants and goey adhesive that drops is always just destroyed. All you have to do is just show up at the zone, sometimes people will be resting just outside the zone, and ask who ever is fighting there if you can have the next goey adhesive and coercion implant. It might take an hour of waiting, but the fighters there will always appreciate your buffing them a little and casting an occasional heal and will be VERY HAPPY to let you have those items for your troubles! Just be careful to stay out of the fighters way and dont sit there right at the corner where the zone is. All the mob's run to that corner and get stuck when they are about to die, and so the fighters will follow them there to finish em off.

when you do this quest and you turn in the items do you get 2 bracers or do u get 1 and if u want the other u have to redo the quest?

Go to the Furscale guys close to the Shaman Guild
Hail them and then say, "Oxyn sent me" they blah blah blah
Say " I will collect rare supplies" to the male
"I will collect more bundles" to the female i think
They'll then tell you what they need

i see that the gooey adhesive comes of a lumpy goo in dalnir. can anyone tell me what lvl this goo is, and if its a random spawn or rare drop ? some more info would be nice, alos i have no idea where to get a coercion implant.

Can come off any goo I guess, wasn't lumpy I got it from. People grouping there see them there often but when I was actually LOOKING for them it of course took longer (for both)
Both these items are dropped in Dalnir. Need a very good group of high 20s to low 30s to get it. Dalnir is pretty rough place. Implants drop off the various coerced Mobs in there as well.

Actually, if you can get yourself through the caves leading to Dalnir without getting killed, you could probably get these at about any level. There is usually at least one group killing mobs in the first room. All you have to do is sit and wait to loot their corpses when these two items show up (making sure you have their permission to do this first, of course).
cab bracer is ac 7 too.
Thing is though, look.

Ive been collecting bloods just to see how hard it was and ive managed to buy about 12 iksar blood for not very much money. Buying sarnak or froglok blood JUST WHEN I SEE IT ON A VENDOR for a plat or two I now have over 20 of each plus.
Scaled Mystic Greaves: AC 10, +5 char, +5 mana, +5 fire, magic & cold prot
Cabilis Scale Leggings: AC 9
Enchanted Cabilis Scale Leggings: AC 13, +4 str, +2 wis
The cab scale can be made by an iksar when he gets to 175 with banded.. the enchanted variety more or less could be attemped then or doing it safer by waiting a bit while buying bloods here and there.
So far this iksar quest armor is a little bit better than regular cab scale, about equal to jarsath on most pieces, not nearly as good as the smithable cab scale which you just need blood the skill and imbued amber for, and one or two plus ac less than their totemic or darkforge counterpart.
And are no where near as good as sebilite scale of course.
They kinda fill a gap.. but then again not. Best use probably on a new server.

Both of these items are found in dalnir the coercion implant is off various npc's in the zone while the gooey adhesive is off the goo's the stats for the bracer are something like
ac7 +2str +2wis
