Most conveniently drop from the non-aqua goblins in BB. In one camp, I was able to get 3 to drop.
Swinetors summon; filthy apes do not. The ape's drop is no-drop AND lore so if you mess up the combine you need to go a'huntin again.

Tell her "Hugo sent me" to complete this step. It does mention this in the quest description.
Filthy Ape Liver really needs to have it's "LORE" tag removed. I am on my 3rd run to Beast's Domain to get yet another after 2 failed combines w/ no salvage of the livers! Max skill, AA, trophy and this still fails often.
