You say, 'Hail, Chamberlain Thoridain' Chamberlain Thoridain says 'Your brew was truly potent. I believe I saw some glimmer of recognition from Brell when I gave it to him. We may be getting through to him after all! We must move forward with the next trial. Are you [prepared]?' You say, 'I am prepared.' You have been assigned the task 'I Hope You Can Hear This'. Chamberlain Thoridain says 'Good. Given the reaction to your brew, Brell may be receptive to further input. You will attempt to create the sacred prayer runes of Brell. Given the sacred nature of these runes, I am sure it will have some effect. Off you go!' Collect 2 Fallen Branch(s) from somewhere in the Underfoot 0/2 (ALL) These are found in Pellucid Grotto just north from The Underquarry zone line in the area of Cliknars. As you approach you will get an emote: "You spot some fallen branches on the ground nearby." Collect 6 as you will need them later. Loot 4 Intact Greken Spine from Greken 0/4 (ALL) These are uncommon drops in various zones. Create 1 Rune Carving Tools using tradeskills 0/1 (Brell's Temple) Combine in Fletching Table at 487, 87, 21 in Brell's Temple(must be done in Brell's Temple or the combine does not count and you'll have to re-farm the parts): 2 x Fallen Branch 4 x Intact Greken Spine Trivial 400 Loot 6 Smooth Stone 0/6 (ALL) These are common drops off oozes in at least Arthicrex and Fungal Forest. Add Pellucid Grotto as drop zone for these. Killed about 8 ones from BR zone line (sessiloids dont assist) and got all 6 drops in about 5 spawn rounds. Was pretty easy, sounds like much easier than the drop rates from Fungal Forest.

Add comment; Collect 6 while you are at it.
These are ground spawns near each of the fallen trees in the Clicknar area.
Combine in Fletching Table (is this the exact name? what is the location? do other fletching combines work?) in Brell's Temple:

as for recipes that I can access in the Fletching Table as an agnostic Gnome, I would say all. From Basic Bows and Arrows, to UF Reaching Symbols and Fletching Geerlok.. I would need to exclude cultural Bows and Arrows at this point.
