I had no trouble doing all the hails invis, up to Galo.
We were in the Galo room and cleared the room from the tunnel. We had no more than 2 mobs at a time. We killed 4 mobs total, then hailed Galo and killed him. No special attacks on Angry Galo, just a straight up melee brawl. He is dark blue to level 95.
The entire quest took about 15 minutes, and most of that was travel.

This task is the third in a series of five that begins with Abbit Scribbletch, a gnome found in the first room on the left immediately on entering the northeastern wing of the House of Thule's Upper Floors.
You must have completed his first two tasks prior to being able to request this one. You say, 'Hail, Abbit Scribbletch' Abbit Scribbletch says 'Good, you have returned. I know of someone that may be able to help. Goes by the name [Laerdin], and he was on the floor below us. ' You say, 'Who is Laerdin?' Abbit Scribbletch says 'He is a very timid, yet very smart man. He has a peculiar way of speaking, but should have something for us if you listen. Would you go [speak] with him?' You say, 'I'll speak with him' Abbit Scribbletch says 'Let me know what he says, because I am at a loss I am afraid. ' You have been assigned the task 'Morzad Chronicle - Never Trust a Morzad'. Abbit is no closer to finding the real book than he was before. Maybe this new contact of his will help shed some light on what is going on here. Speak to Laerdin Helleh 0/1 (House of Thule, Lower Floors) Laerdin Helleh is a Halfling found in the northwestern hall of the House of Thule's Lower Floors (same hall as The Library entrance). If what has transpired is thought of, realize the location of the book he will. Ask the basic question to yourself... Who is responsible for the book of fakery? Then, and only then, will you realize the location of the real book.' The filthy demon that gave you the fake book. It has to have the real one!' Speak to Khalis 0/1 (House of Thule, Upper Floors) You say, 'Hail, Khalis' Khalis says 'It was not I! What do I care about a book. Some human gave me a taste of flesh for me to hand the book to someone who asked. It was my idea to add the riddle. A little bit of fun, you understand. I was to get more of the tasty flesh but he has not returned. I saw him head to the southeastern part of the wing... Gall, Gala, Gallo, Galo, something like that.' Find and speak to Galo Maric 0/1 (House of Thule, Upper Floors) Galo Maric is found in one of the side rooms deep within the southeastern wing of the zone. Go past the sleeping Cazic Thule and into the halls with the centipedes and scorpions. If standing in the same room as Morzad Earthcaller, Galo is through the door on the east side of that room. There are a few mobs around him you may want to clear before proceeding with this step. You say, 'Hail, Galo Maric' Galo Maric says 'You should have stayed out of this! ' Galo respawns as Angry Galo and attacks. He hits for a max ~6,500. Defeat Galo Maric 0/1 (House of Thule, Upper Floors) Your task 'Morzad Chronicle - Never Trust a Morzad' has been updated. Angry Galo Maric has been slain by _____! Speak to Galo Maric 0/1 (House of Thule, Upper Floors) You say, 'Hail, Galo Maric' Galo Maric says 'You are still a fool! To be clear, we were standing beside Galo, pulling mobs into the room from the tunnel. We were not standing in the tunnel pulling mobs from the room. -- Did not mean to be confusing.
You can safely hail Khalis while invis and not get aggro.
Angry Galo Maric has approx 630K hps, hits a little harder than zone trash, but isn't otherwise much more difficult.
There are 2 mobs in the room with him, and 1 roamer that wanders in.

Be absolutely sure to clear the area from spiders, scorpions and others. The adds hit for 6k+ and can cause a disaster.
Another option is to go inside the last room, where Galo is located, and then wait mobs to path. Pull the scorpion first, and then you maybe you will only need to kill two mobs before hailing Galo.

When killing this guy if the person with the task dies in the fight and doent get a res before angry gallo dies you cant just hail him again u have to either start over or have someone else witht he task hail him.
I had 2 bots that needed the final hail and I found that you can double hail (maybe more?) and only one Angry Galo popped so we only had to do it twice to do all 4 in the group.
