In the north central part of Kithicor Forest, find Leaf Falldim (location +1393, +2279).

At the completion of the Ivy Etched Gauntlets quest, Leaf makes reference to a subsequent quest that gives the Ivy Etched Leggings.

You say, 'Tell me about the ivy etched leggings...'

Leaf Falldim says 'I will make you an offer. If you be a ranger, as they are made for only a ranger, you must venture to Faydwer. There you shall seek out Lieutenant Leafstalker of the Kelethin army. He sent a message of his retrieval of the Quiver of Kithicor. Tell him you want it and return it to me. Oh... and one more [small item].'

You say, 'What small item?'

Leaf Falldim says 'Along with the quiver you shall journey to Erudin and purchase a Star of Odus gem to add to the quiver. Consider the coins you shall spend an offering to the woods.'

Travel to the city of Kelethin within Greater Faydark. Lieutenant Leafstalker is a wood elf guard that roams the platforms of Kelethin near the ranger guild hall.

You say, 'Hail, Lieutenant Leafstalker'

Lieutenant Leafstalker says 'Hail!! Respect all laws in Kelethin and her territory and you shall live a fruitful life.'

You say, 'I want the quiver of Kithicor'

Lieutenant Leafstalker says 'Ummm.. I have some bad news. I did find it, but a band of brownie outcasts came in the night, took [all of the arrows] from the quiver and ran back to the forest they came from. As if that were not enough, while I was hot on their little heels, the thief [Wiltin Windwalker] came into Kelethin and took the quiver itself. Whew!! What a day!'

You say, 'What of all the arrows?'

Lieutenant Leafstalker says 'All of the arrows are gone. You must get the arrows of recognition, acknowledgment, defiance, gallantry, bravery and fortitude. Get them from the brownie outcasts and combine them in the quiver.'

You say, 'Who is Wiltin Windwalker?'

Lieutenant Leafstalker says 'Wiltin Windwalker!! Traitor he is! He left Kelethin to join the Pirates of Gunthak. I heard news that the Royal Navy of Ak'Anon sank the pirate ship he was on in the Ocean of Tears. What I don't get is where those little gnomes moor their ships. They have no harbor!! But that is another story.'

Head to Lesser Faydark. Brownie outcasts (the exact name is a brownie outcast) are random spawns around the Pixie Tower (location +1340, +2840). The place holders are pixie tricksters and pixie pranksters. Killing these in the area near the Pixie Tower will cause brownie outcasts to spawn.

Keep killing brownie outcasts until you have at least one, each, of:

Arrow of Acknowledgment
Arrow of Bravery
Arrow of Defiance
Arrow of Fortitude
Arrow of Gallantry
Arrow of Recognition

Each of these arrows is NO TRADE. However, they are not LORE and are stackable to 100 per stack just like all other arrows.

Note: The pixie merchants located inside the tower on the upper floor are not on Pixie faction. So, killing the tricksters and pranksters will not affect your ability to buy and sell from the pixie merchants in the tower.

After collecting at least one of each of the six arrows, head to Seafury Island in the Ocean of Tears to find Wiltin Windwalker (location +2022, -3615). His placeholder is 'a buccaneer'.

Wiltin Windwalker says 'Dead men tell no tales!!'

You have slain Wiltin Windwalker!
Wiltin Windwalker's corpse says 'You have run me through! Beware the Pirates of Gunthak.. They will avenge me. . . Unngh!!'
Your faction standing with Pirates Of Gunthak got worse (-1)
Your faction standing with Inhabitants of Firiona Vie got better. (1)

Loot the "Quiver of Kithicor - open".

The 'Quiver of Kithicor - open' is a 6-slot container. Place one, each, of the six arrows looted previously from the brownie outcasts into this quiver and click Combine. You will now have a 'Quiver of Kithicor - full' which is not a container.

Head to the continent of Odus. Enter Erudin Palace and find the merchant, Anite Gemcutter (location +784, +599, -13). Buy one Star of Odus from her.

Head back to Kithicor forest and return to Leaf Falldim. Give him the Star of Odus and the closed Quiver of Kithicor.

Leaf Falldim says 'Wonderful!! I see he did find it. How lucky we are that he did all the hard work. My thanks to you are embodied in these ivy etched leggings. Now you may [earn the ivy etched boots] to go along with them.'

Your faction standing with Kithicor Residents has been adjusted by 10.
Your faction standing with Protectors of Pine has been adjusted by 1.
Your faction standing with Jaggedpine Treefolk has been adjusted by 1.
Your faction standing with Unkempt Druids has been adjusted by -1.
You gain experience!

Receive Ivy Etched Leggings.

This quest is almost impossible to complete on TLPs. The island Wiltin spawns on is constantly swarmed by level 50s farming the Ancient Cyclops. Inevitably one of them will kill Wiltin's PH and reset the cycle, meaning you won't get another chance at his rare spawn for 2 hours. I suppose you may find luck if you're willing to camp at 3 am when there are fewer people around, but at that point, just farm 1k plat and buy the Mithril legs.

Also, the arrows take about 3ish hours to camp, 2 of them are rarer than the rest, and the brownies are rare spawns themselves. I ended up with 3-7 of each other arrow before I got the rare one.

TLDR; These legs arent worth the time investment.

If the PH is the buccaneer that stands in a tent near Dixl Drool - then I can confirm it does not depop/repop as others have suggested. I've been there 5 EQ days with this mob targeted and there is no depop.

Wiltin spawned
# Apr 08 2007 at 10:02 PM Rating: Decent
Spawned today. 40 levels ago I camped him doing everything from talking to plain out sitting and killing cyclops. Today running to buy my son's 15 level mage his pet spell, check track and who was there but Wiltin Windwalker. After a run there and lo and behold there he was, face to face. I killed him for making me camp there all those times, and I still have no idea what makes him spawn but dumb luck.

I saw and killed him today.
LOC: 1016.87, 2855.29, 8.50
It took awhile to kill him at lvl 38 only cause he kept healing himself. Snared him and used burning arrow and careless lightning along with dual 1HS. He dropped the arrow of fortitude.

Just to update this. I sat and waited for windwalker to spawn for five days. Totalling about 30 real life hours. Didn't see a single spawn of him. Didn't kill the buccanner. Just let him depsawn at 7am and respawn at 11am.
I was kind of giving up when I logged on one day and there he was. Sitting there mocking me. He con'd white to me at lvl 33. I buffed up, medded and took him out. Snared, arrow, nuke, arrow, root, arrow, and so on. Took me dow to 20% to finish him.
Just want to let people know that he is still alive. Good luck to you.

Wiped tricksters and pransters, got all 6 arrows and a couple of double drops in an hour.
Jongliers(sp) are not to be killed, nasty faction hit
Now on to the island.

Only trick i saw was go in cirle and wipe all pixie tricksters and pranksters you can find, if possibe a druid , ranger combo, both tracking , mainly for fast spotting and killing outcasts when they pop

Are the drops on this quest nerfed or something? The whole time I worked on my druid's epic I never saw an arrow...and now I am camping it with a ranger friend.
We were wondering if this quest is even doable anymore...he has the tunic so I dont see why not, but its just so strange that we havent seen a drop in so long of camping.

You don't give the items to the lieutenant. You give them to Leaf Falldim, you already have the quiver of kithicor, why would you want to give it to Lt. Leafstalker?

I bumbled my around OOT until I finally had a guildie give me directions. I knew at level 31, I'd have a tough time. I bought 3 stacks of bait because I planned on a long camp. Lo and behold, there he was, I snared him, rooted, dotted, then kept kiting with my bow until Stinging Swarm wore off, at which point I re-rooted and re-dotted. He was down to 2 bubs before I even meleed, and then it was only because I was OOM. After killing him, I saw I'd lost less than 2 bubs of health at level 31.
I was equiped with hooked, ceramic, wood vaned, small knocked arrows (DMG 5), and a carved Elm Recurve Bow. My primary hand was using a Shaded Blade (purchased only an hour before) and secondary was a Centi Short Sword. It felt good to kill a quest yellow, and I got the quiver.
oh and one mroe thing

I finally got my 6th arrow after killing about 35 of these things i have refined my stagety, snare the target it might take a few times but make sure its always snared. Use your dot spell, stinging swarm, and fire your arrows into the outcast you should cast about 3 dot spells(and about 30-40 arrow strikes) to get its healh below 50% at that point the brownie will beging healing itself cast your damage sheild on yourself get in one last arrow shot and cast stining swarm on it you should be close to oom at this point but no matter all you need to do now is close in for the kill. Soloed red conned outcasts this way

Just killed wiltin I followed the instuctions on the board regarding Lt. Leafstaker and sure enough the next day he poped. Had a high lvl druid kill him for me i didn't wanna run the risk of kiting him with all the fury's around. Then i proceeded to Lfay and started kill pixes and sure enough the outcasts started to spawn . They were red and yellow to me and the do heal themselves i did manage to solo a red one by doting and arrow kiting them. They are a hell of a fight at lvl 30. The yellow cons go down easy enough but the reds cons are more then a handful. I have 3/6 of the arrows left . Wish me luck :)
Wiltin Windwalker

*Elianore digs 2cp out of her pocket*

Just spent alot of time camping Wiltin Windwalker.

Confusing info out there on his spawn cycle and such. Such as, his place holder is the buccaneer on Seafury Island....true. Some said that he would spawn every 45 mins....not true. Some said he was a rare/random spawn....not true. If the quest isn't initiated, the buccaneer will de-spawn at 8am and re-spawn at 10am every Norath day....true.

Here's the **** to get this guy to pop.

Between noon and 4pm, Norath time, hail Lt. Leafstalker in Kelethin. He will mention the Quiver of Kithicore, some arrows, and Wiltin Windwalker. Who/what each item. This will place Wiltin into the spawn cycle of the buccaneer.

Now you can mosey on over to Seafury Isle in OOT. No need to hurry, because Wiltin is just now in the cycle. That means that he won't spawn until 10am two days later. ie...It's 3pm on March 3, 3112 Norath time. You initiate the quest. At 8am March 4 the buccaneer de-spawns then re-spawns at 10am. But on March 5, the buccaneer de-spawns at 8am and at 10am Wiltin spawns in his place. Snare, range attack, DOT, attack...

He is supposed to be a lvl 30 - 34 mob, but undercons. I don't know if he stays a full day, or de-spawns after some time. Didn't wait around, killed him with some help and went about my business.

Good luck.

Ok I'm a Level 14 Ranger trying to do this quest with the help of some friends. I sat and waited for wiltin one Saturday and no show. I tried going to Kelethin and Hailing Lt. Leafstalker but all he says is obey the laws of Kelethin and something like that. I checked the time and yes it was between noon and 4pm. I tried making a wood elf ranger mule to see if that changed things. It was still between noon and 4pm but still no change. Is this quest broken? or just incorrect information. I tried asking Leafstalker about the quiver, arrows, and Wiltin but no response. If I can't find Wiltin maybe I could go to the bazaar and just buy these pants but after getting the arrows and the star I just can't see giving them all up. Any suggestions would be helpfull.

Callio

Ok you some answers to my question yes it is Lt Leafstalker who tells about the quiver of Kith and the arrows and Wiltin Windstalker. Do not Hail him just ask about the Quiver of Kithicor and he gives you the information. After doing this Wiltin did spawn after I sat for awhile. No the buccaneer wasn't up and no Wiltin didn't spawn at 10am as stated so it seems the 10 am time isn't correct but that this is a triggered spawn is correct.

The brownie outcasts spawn at the pixie tower in the same spawn locations as the pixies themselves.... if they are not up kill all the pixies you see to get them to spawn.. brownie scouts are the roamers and they are still blue at 47 and can kick your butt pretty quickly.. The brownie outcasts are around level 30 and are easier to kill than the scouts..

The brownie outcasts wander (at sonic speeds nontheless) the interior of lesser faydark. You're going to have to track em cause they won't stand still.

Oh, and watch out for Equestriel the Corrupted... darn SK Unicorn is still around sometimes. I've seen her on track a couple times and a friend just got killed by her a couple days ago. If she harm touches you its probably already too late.

The Star of Odus is in Eudin in the gem shop directly across from the bank. I found it on the vendor that sells...ummm....gems...down towards the end of her inventory.

The Bucaneer does still spawn, whether Willtin is a triggered spawn or not, I have no clue, was there with my shaman and my wife was there with her druid killing furbies and Willtin spawned back to back, we both killed, looted and ran the quest for our rangers.

And last, if someone was there kiting Gornit, they have no clue what they are doing, you don't kite on Seafury Isle. But you are correct, watch out for him, he pops for up to 90 a hit and hits very fast, a huge undercon.

Oh, heck, kiting on Seafury Isle is easy. Just stay close to the water line and keep close tabs on the things around you. Generally speaking the mobs don't wander down to the water, so kiting along the water's edge is safe. Just make sure you don't train your mobs across anybody else's camp. That's not cool.

I believe I have the record.
Cast Lev on myself at BB dock, as boat pulled up. Rode boat into OOT zone, then ran to Seafury Isle. Wiltin was up, and ready for death. I watched the boat pass by as he fell dead upon the ground. Looted the quiver and pirate earring, and (still lev'd), ran after boat and caught it ) total time for quiver: approx. 5 minutes.
Happened to get all 6 arrows within 10-11 brownies, which were popping every 5-10 minutes as I kept the prankster population down.

I simply repeatedly blasted them with careless lightning for 99dmg as I fought them, then hit them with quick-snare (tangling weeds) when they started to run.
The brownies never got me down past 2 bubbles of health or mana.

A couple of thoughts on this quest

I have just finished this quest for my Leggings, and I have a couple of thoughts that may prove either useful, or informative. First, if you go to Seafury Isle with the express intention of camping Wiltin, you may be in for a VERY long camp. There are some excellent posts here on ways to get him to spawn, however my methodology was somewhat different. Partner with a guildmate or friend, and camp Gornit; while in between kills, simply watch the spawn point. By the time Wiltin spawns, you will probably have killed Gornit enough times to have made enough money to pay for the Star of Odus, (which cost my ranger 121pp and change, even WITH all her Cha boost gear on), which will be a plus in the long run anyway, because you're making exp while waiting.
Second, when in L'Fay hunting the Brownie outcasts, what ever you do, DO NOT kill the Pixie Jongeleurs. If you do, you take fac hits with the Jagged Pine Tree Folk, which is something NO ranger should do. Personally, I find it distastful that Verant forces us to kill things which mess with our fac to gain a class specific quest item anyway; but that's their prerogative; go figure. Anyway, if you suddenly find yourself with 6 Pixie Jongeleurs on tracking, you might as well hang it up for a while, because there will be no Brownie outcasts spawned until the Jongeleurs are gone...it took 3 days to get the spawn back in cycle for me...RL days, not game days, because I refuse to kill them. The only real problem we had was when Equestrielle the Corrupted spawned the second day (game day) we were hunting the brownies, and she managed to kill us both seperately. (Oh, by the way we managed to work Thistle in several times too, and managed to get the braided cords once. 8))

Anyway, to all the aspiring young rangers out there, good luck, this was one of the more FUN quests in the Ivy Etched series , for me, anyway. Now for the sleeves...sigh...Sol A....

You don't have to kill the Pixie Jongeleurs, just the trixters and pranksters. I ignored the Jongeleurs, continued killing the trixters and pranksters, and got all 6 of my arrows in a couple hours.

Very Very Helpful Info about Camping Wiltin
# Jan 11 2002 at 3:26 PM Rating: Good
Having spent the last 3 days (real-life) camping Wiltin Windwalker I thought I would share what I have learned.

I camped the Buccaneer every game day (90 minutes) and he did despawn at 8AM - religiously. At a little after 10am, he would spawn back. I tried killing him sometimes, other not. But I learned is this. If the buccaneer is killed before midnight, he will spawn back at 10am the next morning. If he is not killed, he will despawn at 8AM and respawn at 10am. IF you kill him AFTER MIDNIGHT he will not spawn the next morning. I believe this is why some people have seen longer spawn times than others and has resulted in some people saying to kill or not to kill. The reality - the buccaneer is just a place holder and nothing needs to be done.

I also learned (I believe) how to trigger Wiltin. After spending all day for 3 real life days camping every single game morning for Wiltin - I can guarantee you that he is not a random spawn. Having witnessed over 25 mornings with no Wiltin, he is not coming without prodding. So here is what I did.

1) I camped on Seafury island.
2) I created a noob wood-elf ranger in Kelethin.
3) Made sure it was around NOON game time. Can probably go as late as 4pm.
4) Using track - located Lieutenant Leafstalker on platforms in Kelethin.
5) Said to leafstalker "What Quiver of Kithicor" and he started the story
6) Said to leafstalker "What all of the arrows" and he continued
7) Said to leafstalker "Wiltin Windwalker" and he finished.
8) Camped noob Ranger.
9) Entered as Primary character camped on Seafury Island.
10) At 8PM the buccaneer despawned. This NEVER HAPPENED UNTIL I TALKED TO LEAFSTALKER. I was looking at him so I know it was a despawn and not killed by someone else
11) The next morning at 11am Buccaneer spawned again.
12) Left Buccaneer alone - did NOT kill em
13) Waited 1 more game day (90 minute camp). Next morning Wiltin spawned.

At this point I actually did not kill em. I waited and watched. At this point he started to spawn 2 of 3 times once the cycle started until he was killed. After he was killed he no longered spawned at all in the morning.

I believe this explains why so many people have seen different, but seemingly related events when camping Wiltin.

Hopefully this information will save someone the agrevation of camping Wiltin in the near future. My best advice in camping Wiltin:

1) Just when you think it is broken and ready to petition - wait one more game day )
2) Make friends with anyone else on the island - just in case. I was a level 32 Ranger and he conned even - took him with snare and a small amount of kiting (easier when someone is farming Gornit) and lost only a bubble and a half in health.

Good Luck!

What does Leafstalker have to do with Wiltin?

I did this repeatedly with no luck. I hailed Leafstalker every three minutes with someone watching the Bucc for 3 cycles and have yet to see Wiltin. Perhaps the character that hails Leafstalker needs to be in OOT for Wiltin to spawn, though that seems to complicated to have been thought of to program in. O'well, perhaps I'll get lucky tonight.

Well I don't know if it's triggered but I tried this...

After doing the hail, etc with a freshly created Ranger called Trigga some bored mage killed 'a bucaneer' He did this at about 7 or 8AM game time.

The next evening about 1 or 2AM another bucaneer spawned. That one despawned and was replaced by Wiltin.

I just wanted to say that I followed these instructions to the letter, and it worked! After days and days of camping this spawn, I tried this advice and it worked. I was beginning to believe that Wiltin was a fictitious myth. ;)

I think the important thing here is to be patient after you have spoken to Lieutenant Leafstalker (and do the whole conversation). I think they expect a ranger to talk to Leafstalker, and then run to BB, wait for the boat, and then fumble their way to the island. Somepoint soon after the ranger reaches the island Wiltin should spawn.

This might have been coincidental good luck, but try it out, you never know.

Ok, all of what you have said is good and I am glad it worked for someone, but explain this: I tried EVERYTHING, camping Wilting for about 50 RL hours total over a week. I was going insane. Killed the bucc a couple times and he finally finally spawned and it was nowhere near 10am game time. I killed him, got the quiver, then Gornit killed me... so travelled back for my corpse from gfay (not so far) and by the time I got back there (like 15 minutes after i killed him first time) HE HAD SPAWNED AGAIN! Meanwhile, a good friend of mine killed the bucc, logged off and came back in 2 RL hours and he was there. I need someone to explain to me how this isnt random...

My advice to anyone doing this quest - BUY THE LEGGINGS. If you can't afford them, you would be able to hunt and raise the cash faster then camping Wiltin, not to mention the rest of the quest. I would like to close by saying I hate Wiltin Windwalker and the stinking "a buccaneer"!

The whole point of EverQuest is QUESTS not to go to EC and buy everything instead of taking the time to do it your self, I think having equipment you earned makes you a lot more proud of yourself rather than buying it all.

In the main/first part of this it mentions Lt. Leafstalker. I tried hailing him and he did not mention any quest at all. When I did give him all the items, AFTER 2 DAYS OF KILLING AND HOURS OF MY TIME! He had NO freakin idea what to do with the items and I did NOT get the leggings. Someone needs to fix/change this or tell exactly what to say to Lt. Leafstalker to get him to talk.

If you talk to Leaf in Kithicor, he tells you to talk to Lt. Leafstalker. Ask him about the Quiver of Kithicor, hailing him isn't the trigger, talking to him about the quiver is.

sounds like your confusing Leutenant Leafstalker in Kelethin with Leaf Falldim in Kithicor.

get star of odus
get quiver from OOT
get 6 arrows from LF
combine quiver and arrows to make quiver of kithicor

dont give quiver of kithicor and star of odus to Leutenant Leafstalker in Kelethin

rather, give both quiver of kithicor and star of odus to Leaf Falldim in Kithicor.

thanks for posting this, as i might have made the same error mistaking LEAF in Kithicor for Lt. LEAFSTALKER in Kelethin, too many leafs

Greetings all young aspiring Rangers, I have revamped my personal webpage, gearing it towards providing helpful information for the young rangers. I have added a full new page that is dedicated to the Etched Ivy Armor Quests. It is my hope that this new page will help young rangers to complete the quests. Cheers!

Windwalker

Well, I have been camping this guy for a total of 15 hours realtime. I have gone through 14 spawn cycles with no Wiltin. After each spawn I have done a /who all ranger and got someone in Gfay to hail Luetentant Leafstalker and ask him about Wiltin Windwalker...obviously, this has not helped to get Windwalker to spawn as of yet. So since this is a reasonable amount of test time, I am making the guess that Wiltin is definetly a rare random spawn and not a triggered one. I will post back if this guy ever spawns...good luck to all those who try.

I have found 3/3 tries, if you ask Lt Leafstalker in Gfay, "What quiver of kithicor" and follow him throught the 2 or 3 further conversation prompts [words in brackets], the next respawn of the bucaneer (at 10am assuming you've let him depop and not killed him), will be Wiltin. Even if you're sceptical, I suggest you at least try this to save yourself time (possibly). I suggest finding the buccaneer, camping, rolling a woodie, finding the LT, talk to him, and return to your ranger camping in OOT. Good Luck, and Rangers Lead the Way

I just did this and it did NOT work. Created a little wood elf ranger, talked to Lt. Leafstalker through the whole conversation at 10pm game time. 8am buccaneer despawned, and at 10am I got another buccaneer just like usual. (

Try this...
do it again... and this time, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!!

It clearly says the time to talk to the Lt. and that time is NOT 10pm!

First, you do not have to do the gloves quest first. I did, but you just need to give Leaf Falldim the right items to receive the reward. You do not have to engage him in conversation.

Second, regarding Wiltin Windwalker, here's my experience: I arrived on the island at 7am game time. Wiltin's PH "a buccaneer" was standing in the pirate's camp. At 8am game time he de-spawned. Everything was going according to plan. I waited and kept hitting track. Soon it was 12p Noon game time and there was no re-spawning of "a buccaneer" and no sign of Wiltin either.

So, I waited till another game day passed. The next game morning at 7a "a buccaneer" spawned again. Like clockwork, at 8a "a buccaneer" de-spawned. Then, a few minutes later in between 9a and 10a Wiltin spawned.

A kind Druid that was camping Gornit killed Wiltin for me (and saved me from Gornit when he spawned right at my pulling spot) and I got my quiver.

So, based on my experiences, the only thing that I saw consistently happen was "a buccaneer" de-spawning at 8a game time. The re-spawn time for Wiltin was 3 to 6 minutes (real time) after the buccaneer’s second de-spawning, and 75 - 78 minutes after the first de-spawn. So, all in all, this camp only took about 80 minutes total (not counting the trips I took to scout the locations, etc.).

Now, regarding camping the brownie outcasts. I had a level 36 Pally and myself (level 30 Ranger). We could easily kill the Pixie Tricksters and Pranksters and force the Brownie Outcasts to spawn. We ran into two "gotchas." First, if Equestrielle the Corrupted is in the zone, her pathing takes her right past the Pixie Tower. Ouch and run for MM zone several times. Also, about every third or fourth spawn, the Outcasts came in two's instead of by themselves. When two of these little monsters spawn, a group of two really cannot take them. We had to ask for help from higher levels camping the zone to clear the spawns.

Also, I had about 4 duplicate lore items all told. So, we had to kill 10 Outcasts to get all the arrows.

However, combining the arrows and the quiver and then turning them into Leaf Falldim was quite simple and these leggings rock!
Talking to Leaf

My question is, Can I just give Leaf all the items necessary or do I have to do the gloves quest first to trigger him to talk about the leggings?

I just read the posts about how difficult it was to get Wiltin to spawn. I had different results so might as well share them. When I arrived on the island, Wiltin was standing next to the tents on the far side. In fact the tent closest to the hill. I asked a high lvl to kill him (Brilliantly, you rock), she did. Got my quiver and caught next boat out. Total time: 15 minutes. Maybe this was the luckiest event ever, but I'm just writing so anyone who is discouraged by posts will actually give it a shot themselves.

As far as the arrows, it took me about 4 hours total to get all the arrows. A couple notes: Outcasts spawned much faster when I looted the pixies and in the entire time i was there, noone was ever killed by roaming high lvl brownies. Only when we went back and forth to pixie tower did someone get killed on journey
