Cleaning out my bank and found some old stuff related to this quest. Just a note that there are also:

They are fished up and lore. If you get all four, and try to combine them in the Deck of Spontaneous Generation, you get a message that trhey cannot be combined in that container.
So, while they say they are Magic, Lore and Quest -- they do not seem to work like the other cards, unless there are undiscovered combinations that include them with the other cards (Crown, Knight, Squire, Throne...).

You say, 'I am looking for a deck.' Clukker the Crazy says 'You're looking for a DECK? Ha ha ha! Well, bring me a fishing grub, tee hee, and I'll give you a nifty deck' Give him a fishing grub. Clukker the Crazy takes a bite out of the fishing grub that was handed to him. Clukker then says, 'Ha ha HA! Thanks for the tasty treat! Now here is your deck! Hee hee haw!' You receive a Deck of Spontaneous Generation, a NO DROP, 4-slot SMALL container. Throughout the Plane of Mischief, various Mobs drop playing cards. Collect these cards. Different combinations of cards generate different rewards. It seems likely that you need at least one throne card per each combination, as combinations without the throne have so far failed. Also, the combinations seem to be a throne card along with a crown, knight and squire of the same color. Where are the cards? a. Thrones so far have only been found in the Alice area, last 2 sections on the "BIG" halflings and "22" b. Crowns and sometimes Jesters can be found on any lvl 60ish NPC, Fenj, "86", My Hand, etc ... c. Knights can rarely be found on the 4 halfings in the forest around the chest, and used to be semi common on "86" and "donk", you can also find on the "MID" lvl NPC's .. like Gorillas and Guards (rare). d. Squires can be found most in the forest area .. normally at least 1 per clearing of the forest Here are the known rewards: 1. Vambraces of Distraction - White Throne, Black Crown, Black Knight, Black Squire 2. Cloak of Confusion - Blue Throne, Blue Crown, Blue Knight, Blue Squire 3. Using my google PHD I found that the cod cards were turned in for experience and the king card was turned in to get you the deck.

I don't know if this is still true today. I'm guessing it depends on which version of the zone is current on the server.

Well, you simply give Clukker the Crazy a Grub to get the Deck of Spontaneous Generation (the combine container).
I tired giving him one of the fish cards and he gave it back.

The original version of Plane of Mischief 1.0 still lives on the Al'Kabor (the essentially abandoned Macintosh server). I have 4 toons currently in PoM and farming. For historical purposes let me post some info from this version of PoM.
1) Throne cards are confirmed to drop from the largest hobbits in the Alice area. Two thrones in maybe 120 hobbit kills.
2) Throne cards are confirmed to drop from Stomples who spawns when you kill Sniffles (1 HP PH mob) in the final room of the Alice area. One throne in 6 kills.
3) Throne cards are confirmed to drop from the Puppets in the theater area. Seems to be around one throne card per 6-8 clearings of the puppets ie 54-72 puppet kills per throne.
4) Only white crown I have ever gotten came from the White Stallion (6 kills so far) and he has only ever dropped one card for me.
5) The only card the black stallion drops is the Jester. The black stallion does drop a bunch of spells that are sorta rare and a quest item for a lame ring. Jester also drops from My Right Hand. It is still unknown on Al'Kabor if Jester will combine with anything.
6) Crowns and knights drop from both the gorillas at the chessboard and the plants in the hedge area. However, in 14 crown drops from these areas, none have been white.
At this point my best guess is that only mobs who can drop throne cards can drop white crowns since the white stallion is the only mob to ever drop a white crown and others have confirmed he can drop thrones.
Since I have gotten 6 thrones but only 1 white crown, if that's true, then the white crown will be the rarest card.
7) 4 Crowns combination is confirmed to combine into the White Flower of Functionality.
8) 4 Thrones combo is confirmed to combine into the Blue Flower of Functionality.
9) The other posted Flower combines (red, green, black) have also been confirmed as posted in the quest description.
To my knowledge no one has made any "puppet" armor on Al'Kabor so no details can be posted concerning this yet.

This stuff is pretty accurate on Progression server. would like more imput on current events. Need to know more about Rissa and some of the other named Druids. The 4 Druids when you first port in are all possibles for drops for cards and for pages. We harmonied them and pulled singles. it is easy for pre-50's. Still working on rest
You can fish different colored Cod Cards out of the moat. Anyone try them with a deck?

i have many cards to trade sell(some complete sets) but the one i really need is a red throne on Povar will pay very well pst in game.

I've spent about 5 levels and 50 AA's worth of time clearing the entire Alice in Wonderland area in the last couple of months and 0 cards of any kind have dropped. This is where the throne cards used to drop, so if they do still drop, they do not drop where they used to.

Okay, so I am a bit newbish still having only played for a few months. Just wondering if any of the PoM quests still are available to do? I am aware that the quest rewards aren't very good compared to other items available in the newer expansions of the game, but for the purposes of roleplaying my character there are several items here I'd love to have on her. Can anyone confirm if any of the PoM quests can still be done to this day? Thanks for any help given :-)

As an update, I still haven't been able to confirm the status of these Deck quests. I can confirm that the Buried Treasure quest is still active, was completed successfully and a Soft Leather Pants of Vitality dropped.
ok if they do still drop...can u still make the containers to do the quests? i never went to the revamp zone , i did a couple flowers in old zone for click poison disease buff...wandering if i can do it for twink now too if u can still make containers for combines
I can confirm that the old quest cards do drop off 'a white stallion', I just killed him on Veeshan server and he dropped Words of Wealth: Bottom Right
