Dropped him twice, dropped Gem of Rage both times. Spawns in back spot in the small room near the middle of the manor. (if you're facing down the stairs the room behind you).

He conned even to me at lvl 50 so i think lvl is wrong on here. He is a toughie... about 8-10k hp

I killed this guy today with my 61 necro as we were getting blood for a friend and her shawls, he dropped a Gem of Rage and cant seem to find it anywhere for quests, cant imagine its really an item since it sucks so horribly as is no drop and has like 3str, any ideas?

This guy gives a quest for the vehement sword of reivaj, really badass sk weapon imho, the proc on it is rampage which is basically berzerker strength (found on the common PGT) on about 20 hits of acid. If you dont wanna do the quest just smack him around and he will drop the sword
