These guys also drop a Silvery Mask, got one from a lesser noble yeserday.

Its pretty nice that you can tell beforehand if he's going to drop the staff or not. He'll have a staff in his hand that is twice as tall as you are if he's going to drop it. Nice weapon for training the skill that won't cost you an arm and a leg, easy to obtain for a group of high 30's low 40's with a good healer, and fd puller

They spawn alot in the bank. if you REALLY want the 'loc' to it its about +343 +1928. Although its a dungeon per say, so locs are worthless really.

fairly easy mobs just be sure to be invis when you start to pull them. we hunted them from the ramp leading to the temple.
