Cleared his spot (ruins close to the OT zone line) about 30 times for brood of kotiz faction the last few days and he spawned twice. Respawn time isn't too long but it may take a while anyway.

Also drops Balanced Sheer Blade, killled him a few times tonight and saw one. Bracer of Scavenging dropped twice, the pariah mask seemed to be every kill.

Killed him today while running to CoM. Dropped the bracer, blood and a Forsaken Pariah Mask.
Just to let you know, I saw a guy just killing the bandits at the crossroads by the OT zone trail. In 12 minutes he spawned twice, both times dropping the bracer. Since he was AFK, I looted them both (handed one to my groupmate). He still spawns, and he spawns about every other cycle.
Yeah, I was running around the zone killing iksars for faction tonight and second time through the area I had two Bandit Lords spawned next to each other. Both droppped bracers, which I'd have stuck on my baby alts, but they're LORE... basically Ry'gorr with different stats.

OK THIS IS IT. I killd him last night at camp 9 on EQ atlas just after killing Granchist. I think the secret to getting them to spawn is killing whatever pops are there VERY FAST. Than upon repoping the Lord should appear. When i first went their it was a pariah and two exile's. Dropd em all in under one minute. than i followed path to the gobbie fort wiped the whole place (was there for FV faction hehe) than when i was leaving, just after the bridge, Granchist was up. I killd him got gloves thats it. followed path to 2nd set of ruins, killd iksar lord guy got bracer. An easy job for a 42 Nec. My pet bsically handled it all just gotta slow them damn gobbies kuz the run very fast when low in HP's hope this helps :).

Uh... sorry to burst your bubble but I have been camping him on Friona Vie for 3 straight days now -killing all these 3 iskars with 2 area nukes in less than 30 sec he has not popped as of yet -that is unless the EQ atlas map website has placed him at the wrong set of huts

Hello friends,
I've camped this guy for hours and I have yet to see him. I kill everything that comes across and, of course, all the Pariahs and Exiles in each of the 3 spots. Still no Bandit. It there some mechanism that I'm not aware of to make him spawn?

Sometimes it takes many hours. He is not a common spawn. 1st time I camped him it took over 4 hours before the 1st popped. Then we got 3 in a row. I have also seen more than one up at a time.
Maybe your at the wrong camp? I can think of about 3 iksar camps... I may be wrong, not saying that in a smart way.. Because I have yet to figure out which one to start camping...

He's still very much around. My friend and I got him to spawn twice in less than 30 minutes. I guess you're just having rotten luck with this camp :(
Concur with the prev post as I saw him in the ruins beside the path to the Giant Fort from The Overthere last week. He conned Y to my 26 Ranger and there is usually a couple of Pariahs or Exiles with him so I gave it a pass. These ruins usually have 3 Iksars (Pariahs, Exiles mostly, sometimes Manslayers). Not an easy solo, but a group of 3 mid-20s+ should have no probs with the lot.
Hey, a Guildie of mine got 3 drops of the bracer from him in about an hour or two. so yes, he's very much around. Thanks Jazen!

I don't know how any of you are getting to kill this monster. I have been camping the area for weeks and weeks and he has not spawned once. I've killed hundreds of exiles and pariahs (some of which give me xp, which makes camping here an ok thing) but no Iksar Bandit Lord. Does anyone know if he has been withdrawn from the area? Or is just another case of Erudite Paladin luck?

i have killed him lots of times to get the bracer for some friends. He can be anything from Dark blue to red to me and i am a level 31 Shad. So i figure that he ranges from 29 to 33 or 34.

just got this bracer tonight woohoo. at 230 am waited for him for 2 hours but worth wait. Soloed him with a 36 ranger. took two bubs of health.not to bad.plus good money while waiting.gonna go back and get one for my rogue.
Tonight a friend of mine was saying he had lousy armour, so I told him to meet me in DL and we'd go to WW and get him a new braca. We got there and after about 3 ruins spawns, the Bandit Lord spawns. Took me down 10 hp at 49 with a regen breastplate. This is an extremely easy camp for such a nice bracer. I'd reccoment that anyone do it. even if you're lvl 60.... good corpse run bracer despite the lack of HP :)

If you take the zone from OT and follow the path, after a short while there is some ruins on the left. There are 3 iksars spawns here, keep killing them off and eventually the Iksar Bandit Lord will spawn in one of their spots. He spawns about every 30 min if you keep the ruins cleared and almost always drops the Bracer of Scavenging. Then you take the Bracer to a nearby zone and sell it, I have been able to sell them for about 250-400pp each. The one bad thing about this is that the bracers are lore so you have to sell it before you can get the another one. Anyway, a friend told me about this spawn and I have been seeling bracers for a few days now and making great money and I would suggest anyone around 35-40 would also find this a great way to make money and not bad exp also.

Funny story actually, My friend had been campin the Iksar Bandit Lord for days with no luck. I was on my way back to cabilis when the SOB runs out of the ruins and kills me. My friend went and got him and now has a bracer of scavenging.

On the map that EQ Atlas has made, it is right in number 9, otherwise the loc is about 1500, 2500.
I was playing my Human/Warrior last night, and we were taking on gobbies and brutes near the WW/OT zone on the WW side when three Iksar, including this guy, were trained on us. The other two were easy kills, but I had to be healed a few times before this guy fell.
He dropped the bracer. WW is an under-hunted zone with some really good exp and fairly decent drops. I recommend the OT zone area to just about anyone in their mid 20s, and the giant fort to anyone in high 20s. Very nice.
Next stop, the goblin fort (and probably my death ;-)

Does the bandit lord still spawn? If so, is he still triggered by killing the 4 Iksar Pariahs/Exiles at the old ruins? And does he still drop bracer?
Yes but sometimes it just takes hours before he spawns and then you usually get a couple in a row.
