Camped one group with tracking in LoIO for well over 3 hours at fort... No show. Sent another group to The Overthere, cleared round ruins in SW corner 4 times 6 minute cycles... Popped on the 5th repop. Long story short go to OT for the Gem.

As of 3/24/2013 12:00PM Central Standard America time, I can verify that he does spawn in the 3 buildings in Overthere. Took me several rounds of clearing the buildings before he spawned.

Found him near the fort in LOIO (around -1191, +3236); he wandered up while I was AFK for a few. Conned blue to my lvl 27 Iksar necro. Dropped the Gem of Yet to Come on first try.

Just got him to pop @ +2403, -2176, there's a small ruin there with the Knights, Enthusiasts, and Partisans. I cleared the little area out with a friend then attacked all the Sarnaks around the area waiting for the respawn. He poped in the very next spawn cycle standing in place inside the ruin. Dropped the Gem of Yet to Come the first time.

Sarnak Fort front entrance... Stood between two Recruits, but wandered out far enough for me to aggro her. Conned green for my 36 Necro Lizzard. Dropped my Gem of Yet to Come first time.

Not anymore!
Had been camping this mob for about 10 hours over 2 days in LOIO and I never saw him spawn once at the areas of the Sarnak fort mentioned in the below posts. Also the fact there is no /Loc in the below mentioned posts I decided to move from LOIO to The Overthere to try my luck.
In The Overthere, there is a small circular building in the South east of the Zone, the Location is negative 1823 negative 2928.
When you get there there may be, sarnak berserkers, knights, entusiasts and if you are lucky the Oracle himself.
Took about an hour of camping and clearing mobs several times.

I can tell you now that the claim that the sarnak gem oracle pops in the area mentioned is false. Me and some friends camped here for 1 week straight in CONSTANT 8 hour shifts to prove that the sarnak gem oracle spawns here. After 1 week of constant clearings of the ruins and the surrounding area we have found that the sarnak gem oracle does NOT pop here. Either someone was lying or they took him out of that zone.

Actually as of today 4/20/07 gem oracle DID spawn in OT. I camped Loio sarnak fort for 2 days with no pop.. ran over to OT and got him in about 30 minutes.
South end of the zone in the 3 building set ruins. Previously stated that was SE of zone in the round ruin building.. dunno if he still pops there since I only cleared that camp 3 times w/o a spawn.

Only needed to clear the three buildings (loc -1650, +480)
once and the Gem Oracle popped in one of them as the mobs started respawning. I've tried all the other spots and only this one yielded an oracle. Good job.

Killed a Sarnak Gem Oracle at the entrance of the Sarnak Fort in LOIO. He was standing in a spot usually reserved for a Sarnak Recruit, directly to the right of the entrance to the fortress tunnels. This guy was at the FRONT entrance...the entrance with a great many ramps nearby...NOT the entrance near the hanging bridge.

I was hunting at the fort in Loio today when we say one of these, conned red but group thought we could take him. While, he started yo run and snare wouldnt stick. We got a train of bout 7-10 recuirts and legionaires. Lucky i zoned before they had a chance to tear me to bits.

Soloed this guy a few hours ago. I'm a level 23 monk. Had Skin like Diamond and Regen. Pulled from deep in fort and had to FD 4 recruits and a revenant off (took FOREVER). Dropped GoYTC Sarnak cerimonial dagger and an earring forget name stats were 5 ac 5 str. Pretty good. Also had 3pp. Got a little over 2 blues soloing him at lvl 23. If u can get the buffs its wel worth trying. Be careful though I have great weapons for my level (NOT A TWINK).

This guy is cake for a group of 20s and 19s. Our puller puller it and 2 recruits. Our ench mezzed the recruits and we dropped the oracle like nothing. He got off 1 spell some poison spell that i resisted. Pathetic Sarnak.

I would just like to ponit out the gem oracle also carries the Sarnak Emblazened Tarben it's some decent armour so it should be posted also and sorry about all the blank messages my comp went crazy :)

Group of us were pulling recruits out of the fort, and this guy came along too. He did drop the gem, but he also dropped an earring:

I was pulling from the pillars when i had gone out to pull with about 60% of my mana and pet at full health i happened upon the gem oracle. He conned white to me at 26 on the verge of 27 so i decided to grab tight and try him out. I nuked first and led him to my pet who tried to root him he kept beating on me but i had dmg shield up and so did pet so i kept nukeing i took him down to about 20% health when i was oom and got assisted by some ppl next to me however w/full mana he would have fallen somewhat easily i believe, in the end i had about 50% hp left and pet was down to about 35% throwing a heal on pet once at about 70% would be adviseable make sure you have your dmg sheilds up and just nuke the hell out of him he kept trying to cast on me but somehow my earth pet interrupted him non-stop which for me is not the usual case. Good loot droped i got a Sarnak Echitaka the off hand 1hs 7dmg 3dex and 15hp im told it's worth 200pp.
