	My advice... DO NOT kill the orc pawns that POP as a placeholder. Follow them and make sure they de-spawn at the end of their wanderings. Faelin WILL pop eventually. It might take 5 orc pawns for it to happen but I found killing the PH orc pawn did not help with Faelin to spawn. Let them de-pop.
