I'm level 63 and this guy cons dark blue to me, so could be 62, I've never seen any higher than that.

Been levelling my cleric from 59 to 62 here.
At what I call the "north bridge" (last bridge before WoS, where Drunt's pathing ends), these were all even cons at 59. They proc the 600 DD, so they are reasonably tough for their level.
Also drop "Darkshorn Kyv Hood" for Tier 1 chain gloves.
