Spawn timer is 4 minutes 48 seconds. Cons indifferent. No faction either way when killed.
CoV mobs (drakes, wurms, etc) do not assist while killing it.
It does count toward Dragonbane slaughter achievement. You've just got to do 250 kills, so plan on 21 to 25 hours camping to complete it.

This dragon counts towards the Slayer: Dragonbane title and Slayer Banestrike ability. She is on a 4 minute respawn, good way to increase your True Dragon kill count while waiting for the rest to respawn.

She dropped a binding power and a smudged rough papyrus tonight. She is also not level 59, because she conned dark blue to a level 58.

It is part of the Enchanter 2.0. Apart from that I do not know.
Conned blue at 60, summons, had plenties of hp, resisted alot before raping our tank, then cleric before rushing on me. Has some 1.7k dd proc that came on both hits he got on me. Not a nice lil' drag to mess with... thought we'd kill one named here, and seems we didn't have much luck on picking which. =P
