I think the spawn time on this mob is separate from the other 3 mobs as once every few hours 4 mobs spawn at this site instead of the usual 3 and it is when the 4th mob spawns that there is a chance for this named mob to spawn, same with the Chasm Overseer spawn.
This "4th" spawn is actually the tunnel roamer. It is on a much longer respawn timer, and is not tied in to the named's spawn at all.
As previously posted, the named spawn is at approx -850, 420, 60. Of the three mobs in this location, it is the one in the SW corner. The named/PH timer is ~15 minutes.

camped this lil bugger for almost 2hrs, spawned once, dropped Flawed Defiant Mace, also dropped Spirit of Flame on first kill =) hooray!

yes,he does drop snow.. if he feels like it.

Spawn time appears to be the same as the rest of the mobs in the area.
When I moved in to camp last night, I held the position just behind where he spawns at and pulled to there between spawns.
When an add spawned chanter just parked it and waited for current target to drop.
Both kills I had of him dropped dagger.
Over all camp was pretty good AA xp for my boxed cleric and chanter, both lvl 62. Tank was 64 warrior.
Yea, overkill but was working AA's and hoping for spell drops for an alt.

this guy droped song: elemental chorus the first time i killed him.... hope he spawns again soon got that dagger too but it says the deep spores does 0 damage... thats got to be wrong
Anyone know where this guy spawns? Not sure, and can't find any sites that list a location either
I can also confirm he drops Spirit of Flame. I went in with my monk, soloed the PH, then another PH and then he spawned.. Two disc's and a mend later, (had virtue and SoV) I have this spell for my Beastlord. I think I did pretty good seeing as I got it first time he spawned. I never see this spell in the baz. Since I'm almost out of lev 56 I figured it was time to take action, I loved earning this spell. :)

If this is the guy I think it is I've killed him atleast 6 times each time all he drops is a dagger so where do you get the idea he drops spell spirit of flame and snow?

I don't think Snow should be listed, but I can't be absolutely sure he doesn't drop it. I was there with a beastlord friend for SoF, due to this link...

Lhurgoz does indeed drop the SoF as we got it after the second spawn. It took about a few hours of camping him to get it.
