This is a nice spell, because unlike most other SK spells the tap effects benefit the group not just the lone SK. This is one of the few unique things a SK can contribute in a high-level group.
3 things I've noticed about this spell:
1) It cannot be used in duels, at least not on Xev (no idea about the Zeks).
2) The Shissars in The Grey are completely resistant to this spell.
3) It DOES stack with Shroud of Pain, so by using this spell, SoP and Abduction of Strength you can get an Attack increase of about 100 points.
