Not sure if this is a bug or I didn't read the dialogue before her, but in order to get the note you need to progress in the paladin epic 2.0, you must say "different".

It's in the quest dialogue.

I am not on good terms with Kaya Cloudfoot have been killing gobbies for ever and am still in bad standing with her is there anything I can do to faster increase my good standing with her am trying to do get her to give me a bead for 2.0 but she wont do any thing except tell me I am vile please help me sony wont give me any answers.
have you tried using the Sneak trick, with rogue shroud? standing behind an NPC with sneak on changes faction to indifferent. once they turn around though it changes back to regular faction level, so you will have to move back behind them once they turn around. the trick is to say the FINAL phrase to the npc while standing behind them, with sneak on (but not hide, only sneak)

She's on the Storm Reapers faction, I watched as her faction went up the same as the druid/ranger guild in Rivervale, went from kos to ally in one day with both.

Faction Is new to listing. "knight of the Storm Reapers". will have to run through a few quests to find out what opposing factions and ally factions are.
one of the quest is to out fit in better armor. Dunnow what that is yet.
