I have done this with as few as 24 people. I was the only enchanter. I used AOE mesmerization at 75% when they spawn. WOM overwrites this. You need a 200+ MR to use mesmerization. Just target yourself and move around casting. I have mez mastery AA so this lasts for 30 seconds. This has to be the best CC for defilers I have seen on any raid for TT. Did her today, and not all of these are mezzable. Most ofthem are, but few are not. I recommend doing the perma-stun method, with one chanter doing aoe tash beforehand.
They appear to be highly resistant to everything but magic-based spells. Last raid, I tried Winds of Gelid (cold-based), Jyll's Wave of Heat (fire-based), and Jyll's Static Pulse (magic-based) on them -- got completely resisted repeatedly on the first two, and hit everything full with the third. (Yes, we were AE tashing.)
Chanters, clerics, and druids all have only magic-base PBAE spells, so they're fine. But wizards should keep this in mind, and mages may be SOL.
There are actually 2 waves of these spawned - each with about 6-10 - starting when Terris Thule is at 75 percent.
They dont hit heavy at all - Arcane rune was taking dozens of hits before dropping. Their mana drain is minimal - 50 according to lucy, and I really didnt notice any proces.
Just have at least 2 - preferably more - chanters along and load up the color line. Fewer resists if someone can ae tash. The best tactic is to have everyone other than the MT stop attacking Terris Thule and take these out. If you make the mistake of letting them live till she is at 50 pct, you will find yourself without any buffs.

some are mezzable, about 25-50% of them (depending on your luck) mana drain isnt really a problem, 220 or so MR and i resisted pretty much all drains, but their not so much that it really hurts when it does land, just killed TT with 12, only chanter there, load up the runes and have a cler watching you and keeping HoT on ya, chain all 3 color stuns and can keep most of them locked down, all stunnable, although they do resist sometimes, they only hit for 100-150's but so many of them they hit quick so can kill ya pretty quick
