Was able to spawn minstrel outside the fort.Left orc spawn facing into the fort.
i see him all the time strollign around the inside the forts walls, not in fort, just in the grounds
killed all the orcs in the firt grouns, respawn is slow maybe 20mins, he popped with the rpops, lute and earring dropped off him

Located in Eastern Wastes Fort by Crystal Caverns zone in.

The lute is a quest item. see quests in pok... need 4 items and a box for them for gain a nice item (nodrop) for midlevel.

This guy seems a bit underconned... blue to my 39th level paladin, but knocked me down to 30%, and then again to 30% (after I rooted him and healed up) in the time it took me to take him down to 90% health remaining.
