I'll admit I'm surprised that none of the Cleric spell vendors in PoK have this spell, since Clerics are the first ones to be able to cast it....
Castersrealm had this spell in kelethin druid guild. However, I couldn't find it in druid or ranger guild. Went to PoK and druid had it for sell in main library. Can't remember name, but she was a halfing right inside entrance, next to the half-elf selling ranger tomes.
