Shadows of LuclinAs a beastlord, this is one of the best helms available if not in VT or Tier 3+ PoP boss mobs. These are more likely to rot with the majority of the rest of the guild having Cap of Drowned Souls. They practically have to be given away. The effect is a huge bonus since I usually bumble around in the dark as a barbarian.
It's dark black in color and has a mullet-looking graphic on a Barb.

It would be very nice if this was ranger wearable. It isn't, so I'm not going to complain about it. The classes that get it deserve it, there are other ranger pieces out there. Let me indulge myself for just one moment though. It DOES have EVERY stat a ranger dreams about, HP, STA (MORE hp!!!), AC, WIS, MANA (resists are nice, but I can leave them off and still be thrilled).Oh yea, and truesight. Blows doors off of helm of the Tracker. Tracker has some other stats, but nothing compared to this, and this has the same effect.

It's quite horrid on a barb shaman. Has the newbie white head look in old graphics and a backwards baseball cap look in new graphics. Fortunately, the stats make you forget all about how ugly it is.

Doesn't that drop from The Burrower Parasite and not from the Burrower Beast? never saw the beast but killed the parasite a few times and he dropped the cap
If you look at the link for the mob itself that lists the loots, it says that the items are dropped from the parasite, not the beast. Don't know why it was never corrected.
