Dropped off Katcha from the event. Not sure if other named in the event drop it also.
Sending a correction now. Although they have the same name, the stats are completely different! So your little newbie can't just go buy this item in ShadowHaven!!
Tried last night, the item was there but had no stats except 3ac and non-caster wearable. Eastring is at the top of the stairs coming from the Bazaar zoneline turn left and left again in the middle of the two stair cases. He is the leather vendor there.

This is a VERY nice, enjoyable quest. We took 2 groups of level 50+ folks up to test it out. We started with a small bottle, and worked our way up to the 2nd largest I believe. I won the roll (out of 3 people who wanted it) on this item. Good for replacing some int gear after having 255+ int hehe
