You can buy this spell in VoidA aftering completing the Field of Scale raid. Confirmed 4/10/20
Sorry for the confusion, a friend INSISTED to me that this was unlocked from Bloody Kith raid, however tested it out today. Completed Kith raid it was not on Zeb, then completed Field of Scale raid and it was there, so the original raid that unlocks it is correct (Field of Scale: Final Confrontation).
The above info is inaccurate, Spell: Twincast Aura Rk. III comes from Raid Expedition: Bloody Kithicor, not Field of Scale.
