Meals Lost in Time
Despite the many times it has caused me to visit the cleric's of Marr, I like to see how most anything I find works in food. I found this interesting dust from the other side of the void. While by itself it tastes horrible, and is not even edible, it works with
| certain gamey predator meats to making them much more palatable.
Timeless Hunter's Sausage: Chronal resonance dust Simple sausage casing Coarse salt Fennel Ground pepper Onion Bear meat
|
| Lion meat Gator meat
Once you have made the sausage, you can use it in any of the common recipes. You can dry, grill, spice, smoke, butter, garlic-butter, lemon-butter, barbeque, beer-braise and beer-batter this sausage. With this
| altered meat, you can make any of the usual stews, soups, jerky, souffles, steaks, kabobs, pies and sandwiches. Additionally the grilled meat makes tasty omelets. While I was beyond the void, I also found an interesting fish in a cave filled with terrifying kobolds. This fish makes
|
| for a nice honey wheat crunch, but I found that it would not work with normal wheat, only the finest rare wheat make a palatable meal.
Taelosian Honey Wheat Crunch Razorgill Razorgill Three measures of mixed egg Three measures of taelosian
| wheat Dried taelosian bread crumbs Rock salt Ground pepper
You can substitute Taelosian mountain wheat for the wheat for both the raw wheat and the breadcrumbs. If you prefer, you can replace the
|
| raw wheat with ranthock wheat, but in this case, you should use standard dried breadcrumbs to counterbalance the stronger taste of the ranthock wheat.
