I have been looking all over and I can't find a single page on who to buy the items needed to make these cores into armor, let alone what zone and location of vender. Could someone please enlighten me so I can convert the cores?

In Dragonscale Hills is a merchant named Automated Vending Unit II [Supplier], Merchant sells a kit in which to combine your item. You select the correct kit according to the class using the gear.
