Scars of VeliousThis is a decent effect considering that Wizards do not get a portal spell to this area. The closest we have is to WC or NK, and this gives ready access to Rivervale, Runnyeye, and the Gorge which were all at least 3 zones away before. Next, consider the effects on the comparable gloves from the Velious armor quests... those do not have an effect. So, while the effect might not be a manaless Ice comet every 5 seconds, it is better than no effect at all.

read carfully says 3 charges may be wrong since pick didnt load but thats what it says

another effect gone bad :>) but descent stats in my opinion. Anyone else know of some good legs besides white scaled? If so please post it up thanks !!
The reason these leggings (as well as all other leggings from the gift box quest) have Circle of Misty is that the halflings are the chosen race of the god of PoM (Bristlebane I believe but not sure). These pants take you back to the people who love the god who made the pants.

Most admittedly a strange effect for a wizard item.

The effect isnt just wizzy, the exact same effect with the same 3 charges is on all the PoM pants for all the classes that get a pair.
