The name should be Venemous Stonehive Stinger. Only mention it because if you do a search item on venemous stonehive stinger you get no matches found.

The Task/Quest is given by Fletcher Orshawn at the Crossroads Trading Post in Blightfire Moors, for levels 30+. You have to give him 4 stonehive stingers and he will give you 50 ammo (4 options: throwing daggers, arrows, javelins or axes). Repeat as you wish.

I've gotten these off of various types of humanoid bixies in both blightfire moors and stone hive. I also saw one on a vendor in the bazaar, selling very cheaply.
