at some point if you make enough loaves of bread you are bound to burn a few. When this happens it does not return the bread tin. Make sure to have a spare of two if your baking alot of loaves

I was baking...creating loafs of bread. Each time i got either a loaf or not but i always got the tin back.
Then i receive the message..
"you have fashioned the items together to create something new a ... Burnt Loaf of Bread. I had this in my inventory but the combine USED UP my Bread Tin.
I have no idea what use the burnt loaf is...maybe its as simple as the Tin has a finite life ..or.it has a random chance of being destroyed.
