Ok kids, this item is NOT fake at all, i just bought one this morning in the bazaar for my berserker at 400pp, yes 400pp i think it was a mistype. (not complaining about it, it is a good mistype) This weapon is a great upgrade to my Argent Defender, just took it out for a spin and its just a great all around weapon.

This was a nice upgrade from my Noct and Combinig it with my SCHW's makes this thing unbelievable, I hit very steadily for 80+ dmg with my 40SK at 142str 160dex losing the AC from my SBS was nothing compared to my dmg output increase, BTW I bought it for 6k on saryn server

THIS WEAPON ROCKS.If you have the chance buy it. I bought this off a friend who won the roll in DN a week before - for 2K! This thing is worth 10x that.
Gave it to my then 15th lvl SK. Yeah yeah..I know that was too early but my Pally already has a Str of Grodan and I was really in the mood to finish twinking my new favorite character.
I soloed my way with this wep faster than with any of my other chars because I was putting out WAAAY too much damage with such a low delay. Albeit I have more str&dex than the average 20-40 lvl SK, (201 str/134dex) there are plenty of people out there better.
Now as far as vs. the Epic...thats comparing apples and oranges. The epic is better...but stats arent the main reason for getting an epic...the trials and travails of the journey to get it are why you do it.
Trust me this wep rocks and if you /auc WTB for it..and can get one under 10K sell what you got and get it. Im cant wait to see what this thing does over 50th lvl. While Verant did make this a little too powerful, its not an affront to people who work hard to get other items...there are other Verant twink items out there for each class. BUT THIS WEAPON ROCKS.

I recently purchased this weapon on Povar from a quite uber gentleman who wanted to turn it fast. It is a huge upgrade over my Noc Blade and the damage difference is quite astounding. The loss of stats and ac (have been using a Clay Guardian Shield) are a small price to pay for the much higher damage output. This sword rocks for fear kiting and role of second tank which I always seem to land!

this sword rocks for a 2hs i swing alot with it and average arround 100 dmg with a 256 str and have maxed 142 non-crit with it much better dmg than my Wurmslayer does

I just started using this weapon. It is the first weapon in a long time that made me take off my Sarnak Battle shield and Wurmslayer. I am doing Incredible Damage with this sword and it is fast for a 2hs. It has made a significant difference in my group getting xp too. And the war lances from DN are awesome as well, I just need to get my skill up a bit to realize the gains.

I have this weapon, its one of the best for 2hs out there except for the primal and exquisite weaps (and epics) which sometimes have slightly better ratios and/or stat modifiers
the weap drops off named dragons in western wastes
the graphic is the same as throneblade or fellhammer

Actually, this sword drops off various rats in Dragon Nec. I got one the other night from a dominator on the ramp.

Actually, Claidhmore is the traditional Scottish spelling.
Funny how everyone thinks of modern Claymore mines that the military uses, not that things might have a historical reference ;)
that because the delay on this weapon is lower than 40, it's not quite as good as it seems?
I'm reasonably sure that a Wurmslayer will do more damage over time than this weapon will.

Hate to say but....
Wurmslayer sucks.
Did you notice that dly over 40 bonus does not affect damage output so much ?
It's like +1 to minumum damage per 3dly over 40 and over 40 dly I must say the weapon is SLOW.
You will be swinging less and getting the damage bonus less.
Also, WS will be far lower damage than this,
Rato & damage wise.
Not taking into count that this one has a 2handed weapon bonus applyed when WS has a 1handed weapon bonus, wich will make the damage output gap wider.

But are you honestly saying that this weapon would out-damage an Arbitors Combine Greatsword (30/43) or a Runed Blade (26/40), for example?
Are you honestly saying that the Tempered Velium Claidhmore (32/35) is a better weapon for straight damage than the three Epic two-handed swords? (Discounting procs here, btw.)

This is probably not fake as i saw the lance thing from necropolis yesterday, a 59 sk was wielding it and it has the same stats but is 2hp..
so i doubt this is fake
and i hate ppl that says everything that is good if fake, but i kinda understand em quite, cuz verant IS nerfing everythin =)

Sigh you people complain that we yell its fake its cause look at the screenshot. Totally black so you cant tell if it was an actual screenshot. I mean if ya dont want people questioning its validity, dont change the color of the screenshotted backround. Plus god i hate seeing all these sigs that the person puts on it, like they went in their solo and got it themselves. Great so now a few more people have glanced at your name wow! /rant off

They're in full screen mode, and have a non-opaque background, which I do for readability in certain windows.
And getting to the Dragon Nec and finding a new item *is* a nice accomplishment. Why shouldn't he put his or her name on it? After all, they took the time to post it, so your lazy "I've never been to Dragon Necropolis because me highest toon is 15th level" butt can see what's in store for you if you make it to the higher levels.
Of course, if your whining is any indication of how you behave in the game, you won't be invited on the raid anyway :)

Go search that zone yourself. See if you can find it. Ohhh wait your only level 20. You will probably never see these items in your own inventory. You will be lucky if you bump into someone weilding one of these in Kelethin while tradeing. Yet you will come in here ever night and read posts of the incredibly hard places people are fighting and exploring. You read about the amazing booty they return with and the first word out of your mouth is "FAKE". You know what you all need to grow up. It's not fake, there are a number of different weapons in Dragon Necropolis, we got a bunch of them a few weeks ago, most weapons also come in a few different versions, for example we have gotten a claidhmore with 30/37, and two bows with 1 delay difference..

If you are concerned about a items validity, please do not spam the discussion with posts of "this thing is fake" and the like. If you are truly concerned take it up with AllaKhazam (if he has time for it and isn't insulted by your opinion of his checking on matters) or the person who reported it. It seems every item listed on this board has the same post now of "FAKE" and it doesn't add any information to the board. I will post this on all of the relevant items from today's post and never again, so please try to not post such wasteful messages.

If I can remember this correctly, the monk staff that drops from Trakanon is 44/40 or something insane ;)
There's also a 30/35 2HP that I've seen with my own eyes, so this is believable.

FoH hasnt even released the stats of the Primal Velium weapons which they claim to be better then any weapons they have found yet.

No, but I've talked to some people in da`kor, the uber guild on E. Marr, and the primal velium war lance is 33/35, +5 to all stats and saves, and procs avatar, the level 60 shammy melee buff
