Bah. West Cabilis zoneline... need to check spelling .
A vendor in East Cabilis sells these. Have no idea what it is for... guild leader has plans for the shovels lol. Will update post when i find out. BTW vendor name is Klok Dytar and is in the area surrounded by canals almost to west camp zoneline.
Yurrdle also drops this same Shovel in Katta Castellum.

If you are non-Kos in chardok a, u can kill slaves , they have 2 types of weapons
A rusty weapon (el piko)
or Shovel (la pala)
ALL slaves can drop that item:
A Droopy Slave
A Froglok Slave
A Gruff Slave
A Miserable Slave
A Muddy Slave
A Ratman Slave
A Confused Slave
A Sullen Slave
A Dirty Slave
An Insane Slave
A Smelly Slave
An Iksar Slave (Chardok)
A Sad Ratman Slave
A Gruff Slave
A Sad Slave (Chardok)
A Skinny Slave
A Terrified Slave
Slaves respond a innate faction, Im iksar then iksar slaves are amiably to me, rats are aprenshibly and frogs are ready to attack.
You can kill tons of slaves and faction never change.
If you are non kos with Blood of di'zok, they dont hit you when u kill any slave.

what's for ?????? suppose no one use it as weapon.., so what's for then ?
When I got this item, many years ago, it had the lowest delay of any 2HB item in the game. It is still amazingly low. Very good for practicing 2HB if youve neglected the skill.
Actually, that attack delay is mighty fine :) could always get 2HB up with it...

Got one off a gangrenous beetle in the jail in Seb tonight
Loads of shovels drop in Mines of Nurga - not sure if exactly the same as this one
Found one of these in Velks lying on the floor in BW. I picked it up and got my 2hb to 3! :D

The reason why they had to stop sharpening there E-Tools is because its against the Geneva Convention...if your going to kill it has to be a clean kill. there is law's against how you murder =P

Surprised it not a 1hs or 2hs. Certain real life war conventions banned soliders from sharpening the edges of their entrenching tools. Why? Too effective? Many a war veteran will tell you just how devestating a heavy shovel edge cleaving your skull can be.
The 2h shovel (item called "shovel") can be purchased in Cabilis East from Klok Dytar (a merchant located on the island merchant area near the entrance to the Swamp of No Hope).
Since the Chardok revamp these now also drop off of the slaves scattered throughout. Poor things, they've been enslaved by the sarnaks and then we come through and kill them for the joy of looting their shovels.

This is for the Focus Item "Shovel of Pons" quest given in the Temple of Sol Ro. The crocs also drop (uncommonly) 'steins' 'brooms' and 'torchs' exactly like the mages in Najena. These items are for the Stein of Ulissa, Broom of Trilon and Torch of Alna respectivly.
The crocs also drop Torn Pages of mastery like the mages in Najena for the Magician Epic Quest.

I dont think so. I beleive the shovel for the quest is listed as 'A shovel' this weapon is just 'shovel'.

I can verify that the gators in Cazic Thule do drop the LORE shovel, stein, torch, broom and the torn pages of mastery. However, the item shown above is not such a LORE item.

You can get this in West Karana. A common named Gnoll on the miller farm holds this. I think the Gnoll is around level 6. I used it for 2HB practice. This is not the same shovel that is for the magician quest.
His name is Furball Miller.. but he a Miller family mamber (i.e. Good Gnoll)... killing him will give somewhat strong (last time I heard) negative faction hits to Qeynos/Karana area good factions

from Qeynos Hills, take the right path (towards barbarian village) .... turn left when you get there... the Miller gnoll is hanging out in the fields near the Miller farm.
