I was in POG foraging the branches for earring solstice quest fishing rods, and another guild started raiding POG. Tunare was up and so they were clearing everything. A couple pieces were rotting including this tunic and it only had 2 min left on the timer. Not enuf time to port out and guide someone else back in. But I was able to port out and bring a shammy back to grab the leggings that had 19 mins left on it.
I ended up looting this tunic myself so I could tease clerics around diff zones with somethin I looted but couldnt use. Figured it was better than lettin it go to waste! Ppl still say omg and stuff in Gfay when I auction to give it away or asking for the first person to bring me a short beer gets it.

i just got one of these last night, my god it rocks!!!
im just sitting playing on my druid working on some monk headband quest for my monk in south karana when Tornasu tells the guild "omfg a cleric bp just dropped and nobody needs it"
im like... holy crap!! so i log on my cleric and get my butt a TL to WL...run over to hate and loot the corpse with like 8 minutes left..heh...
anyways...the bp rocks...the ac is GODLY, as is the effect, im level 52, the effect is a level 56 uber rare spell...heh..this is one of the best cleric BPs in existence....hehe now i gotta get the leggings, boots and bracer =:P

He was probably just so excited abouut getting the BP that he misspoke himself and meant to say Growth. And some boss mobs take a half hour to rot so it is possible there were 8 minutes left.

All level 55+ mobs have a half-hour rot time.
I dont know because Im only 35th..But I can see that this armour is better then EM armour..ofcourse most likely harder to get. Is there anything else better then EM(purple armour)for a cleric? Well besides Crazy Cleric which just rocks..Asking because once I get to the higher lvls I want to concentrate on getting one type of armour thats great for a Cleric...any info would be great thx..well good hunting and safe journey to all.
EM armor kinda sucks. Moktor (drops in UP) has better AC and almost the Wis. Yes you get a bit more mana with EM than the Moktor, but for my cleric I'd rather have the AC. Plus I can, and have, gotten the Moktor with an xp group. How many times have you xp'd with a single group in hate?

Agree with the other post, just wanted to point out that the drop rate on cards in PoM is very low. Getting a few peices of crazy cleric or any PoM armor is extremely tough. Plan on binding there and using a faithstone/thrug gate potion to get anywhere else. Oh, and a few guildies to rez ya incase you actualy die when you arn't in PoM (unless you are a wiz/druid). All in all, the crazy cleric armor is great, but there are much easier to obtain armors that are only slightly worse.

Skyshrine quest armor is most realistic for you to attain if you are in a well organized high end guild. Your guild would need 20-30 lvl 57+ members to camp for the unadorned pieces of the quest. If that isnt realistic then getting pick up raids of mostly mid 50s in the Kael arena for Thurgadin armor. Both of these serious faction as well. Coldain faction must be Kindly if I remember correctly and CoV faction must be ally for SS armor.
There is also Kael armor but this isnt the best for cleric unless you are an AC fiend. And it is unrealistic unless you are in one of the top 3 or 4 most powerfull guilds on your server.

p.s. I have attended hundreds of hours of raiding ToV for SS pieces and still need three pieces just to let you know what kind of dedication is required to attain this (Kael,SS,Thurg) armor.

Mark of karn is a healing damage shield... Cast it on the mob, and if it sticks (Which it rarly does because of nerfs) then it cancels all DS's on the mob and whoever bashes the mob will be healed by I believe 5hp...

We arnt killing your Tunare Just all her little helpers. If they would just open up a vender up there and sell all the stuff than we wouldn't have to kill them. But no. They just dont want to give it up so we have to kill them. j/k I kinda wish I had a lvl 46 druid or ranger so I could come go back to PoG and just run around and look at stuff. Pretty cool plane overall.

I for one would not want to kill my God/dess for loot. I know this sounds silly, but c'mon... if you are a cleric, you should try to role-play the fact that your blessings come from your God/dess. I just wish that VI would change it so DE Clerics aren't kos to Innoruuk. No one should be kos to their god/dess, and with PoG, and PoM open.. with another plane *i believe* opening soon, you can make it so.

we are KOS to innorruuk because he is the "god of HATE" regardless of whether or not we follow him he still hates us and expects the same of us. of all races the tier'dal should be the only race that if you kill the guards you dont lose faction, since most are followers of innorruuk there should be no bonds or ties between individual. and it makes no sense in PoH that you lose faction when everyone is already KOS there in the first place. i never understood that some zones have faction loss when EVERYONE is already KOS and there is no way to raise it up and never will be. go figure thanks verant for making unanswerable questions for us all.

Dark Elf society is more of a Lawful Evil than a Chaotic Evil Society. Though it is technically ok to kill your fellow darkelves to get ahead, it is not ok to get caught doing it. It shows poor planning, bad execution, and ineptitude. It is a much better thing to manipulate others to do your dirty work for you. Hence the faction hits when killing your own people. You shouldn't be doing the dirty work yourself. Hire some stupid half elf to do it for you.
If every follower of innoruuk decided to kill every other follower of innoruuk just because he can then their entire society would degenerate into less than what the pathetic trolls are. About time they make a plane that you can kill that hag. As a DE cleric, I've been enraged since the the Hate plane 1st started being raided and found out that DE Clerics were KOS to their own GOD and servants.
Not only are they just clones, but they are only turning out visible armor sets. I don't think there is a single complete set of armor from the Velious expansion. That is just sad.

You guys have done a lot of talking about the bp beind questable, but noone has said how to complete, or even start the quest. I would like to know cuz i don't feel like beating on my God, just bad mojo. Anyways, please feel free to give us an outline on how to complete this thing.

The exact same one is questable from Thurgadin, you need 3 black marble and a Corroded BP from Kael. Good luck.

This one is not questable, is one almost identical though given out as quest in thurgadin. Same effect and almost if not exactly the same stats. /Rude VI. Nice BP but how about some variance kinda lazy I think.

Faction drops are with Tunare Guards, and clerics, as well as the druids/rangers of the woodelf clans.
You do not lose faction with Halflings and the druids in NK could care less.
The sisters on the Sister Isle in OT will not like you anymore.
You gain faction with NOTHING.

Okay folks. I am sick and tired of wading through all the garbage that has been put up here. I want to know what the faction hits from killing PoG stuff will do. I don't want assumptions, I don't want conjecture. I want to know what the faction is that you lose, what faction you gain. If anyone happens to know where I won't be able to go afterwards (druids in EC for example?) I would appreciate it. I have no problem hunting in PoG and killing elf types. After all, most of Tunare's children have senselessly murdered my cousins on the Butcherblock Docks for centuries now. Evil droods!

The only way to raise clerics of tunare once you are KOS is an exploit. There is nothing(that i know of) in game you can kill to raise it. And all quests that do require you to be not KOS. faydarks champions is one of the Woodelf factions(believe druid but not completely sure) which can be raised by killing in crushbone. If your faction is high enough in Kelethin(wood elf city) there is one(maybe more but know of one) quest you can do that will raise the ClericsOfTunare faction.
I do not know what SoldiersOfTunare does. ProtectorsOfGrowth is PoG only.

In fact there is a really easy quest for raising all 3 of these quests at once in Freeport assuming your not KoS there. It's called the muffin quest, and all you do is hand muffins to a dwarf and you get the faction hits. It's listed here so look it up. Also if you kill in growth you can still port to EC and other druid rings just fine, including Surefall Glades. Just elves cause trouble. FV is safe too, despite some rumors.

Charms do NOT work on Pandos, for the purpose of the quest. He will not attack, but you can hand in muffins for eternity, and your faction will never look different.

Time to dispell the rumors, the only faction hit I took with the elves are the cleric and pally guildmasters. Big Whoop. I got mine off a guardian power. Another cleric got his off Treah Everstrong, named treant in PoG.

It is gold with a symbol of an axe on the chest and on the back between the shoulder blades. Looks really nice on dwarves.

pog drops are random by area, southwest area drops accessories and northeast drop BP/robes

If any of the stuff I've read about other uber Velious loot is true, then there are generally two ways to get your item: talk to the NPC and do a quest for them to receive the item, or kill them and loot it. This means that all you hateful and fearful evil clerics can mount an assault on the minions of Tunare and loot your uber BP, and all you tree-hugging goody-two-shoe clerics can make friends with the Court of Tunare and quest for it.

there is a quest in neriak for clerics, about half way through the quest you get a halfling face to talk to a halfling. Get this face and then go to the plane and complete the quest. how easy
